We sought, through qualitative research, in which we used interviews and open questionnaires, to analyze the practices developed by Basic Education teachers. We understand that, to move towards truly inclusive education, it is essential to invest in teacher training, providing them with the tools, knowledge and support necessary to meet the varied needs of all students. Furthermore, it is essential to promote a broader and more comprehensive understanding of what inclusion means, recognizing that it goes beyond mere diagnostic considerations and encompasses the creation of educational environments that value diversity, equity and mutual respect.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":" 532","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141669573","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These characteristics can compromise the quality of life of workers and increase the risk of developing Burnout Syndrome. This study aims to examine the prevalence of Burnout Syndrome among healthcare professionals working in a hospital environment, as well as to identify associated factors. A cross-sectional study was conducted with a sample of 209 professionals. Participants completed a self-administered questionnaire containing sociodemographic and occupational information, as well as the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey. The prevalence of Burnout Syndrome was 28.7% (n=60). Professionals with incomes up to R$5000.00 and those in their first job showed a higher likelihood of experiencing this disorder. These findings suggest a moderate prevalence of Burnout Syndrome and underscore the importance of remuneration in valuing workers, as well as the potential association between inexperience and difficulty in coping with the demands of healthcare work.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":" 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141126827","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through documentary and bibliographical research, it was possible to partially conclude that civil servants, teams or sectors should not perform functions in different phases of public expenditure, including and especially in phases that involve judgment and inspection; the principle of segregation of functions is also based on Weber's bureaucratic ideal type, in the sense that the specialization and expertise of the civil servant tends to increase the degree of precision and excellence of the activities carried out by him; This principle also finds support in Habermas' theory of communicative action.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":" 67","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141128264","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Respiratory symptoms are frequent and non-invasive ventilation is a good resource, but its use is very controversial in palliative care and it is common for physiotherapists to differ as to its indication. Therefore, this work proposes the construction of computational models based on machine learning techniques, which can be used as a resource to support decision making in palliative care. For the construction of the models, the Bio-ORACLE software was used, which offers three different techniques for the construction of decision support models in situations of bioethical conflict. The data used in the construction of the models were obtained from decisions taken by five bioethicists. The results show that Bio-ORACLE can be an important ally to support more assertive decision-making in palliative care.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"108 32","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140678863","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In a post-war world (Russia and Ukraine), there was a need to improve studies on fertilizers available in the country, namely rock dust (PR), which there are few studies on. With this comes the need to evaluate the development of the carnation lemon tree, using rock dust fertilization. The experiment was carried out in a randomized block design with seven treatments with 25 replications, with two controls and different levels of fertilization with PR from 25 to 125%, all treatments filled with sandy soil and commercial substrate, totaling 175 lemon seedlings. clove. The preparation of treatments was carried out seven months before transplanting the seedlings, due to the main characteristic of slow release of nutrients from PR. The evaluations were carried out by measuring the plants, measuring height in centimeters and number of leaves counted one by one considering those fully expanded, and after the first seedling reached 15 cm in height, the diameter measured in millimeters began to be measured until reaching the point of grafting. The results obtained through the height and number of leaves show that treatment two with 25% rock dust developed better, and reached the grafting point earlier than the other treatments","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"1 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140708588","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
