Method: As for the research design, it presents a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approach, through semi-structured interviews, carried out from June to August 2022. 25 adolescents between 10 to 19 years old participated in the study, who are part of the adscribed population of these services. To analyze the data, Bardin content analysis was used. Results: Structure the results, the following topics were listed in the categories: geographical access, immunization, qualified listening and gateway to the health service. In this context, the need for the implementation of strategies to expand adolescent access to APS was identified, either through the Health at School Program or by strengthening the multiprofessional team and encouraging health care culture since childhood.
