To this end, systematic literature review research was used as a method, as well as the PRISMA protocol perspective was adopted for data collection. References were recruited from the databases, using the descriptors “obstetric violence” and “racism” or “intersectionality”. The search resulted in 1126 articles which, when applying the eligibility criteria, reached the volume of 3 (three) works. Based on the findings, two categories were constructed, “Intersectionality (race, gender and social class)” and “Obstetric violence”. As a result, there was a shortage in national and international journals dedicated to Health Sciences. Such absences or insufficiencies may indicate the non-consolidation of black women's health as thematic and research fields, related to the low degree of penetration in research institutions debates about racism, its impacts on health and ways of coping.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"132 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140747062","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Over the years, Acre has faced epidemics caused by arboviruses, including dengue. This study evaluates the spatiotemporal correlation between dengue and COVID-19 incidence in Acre, taking into account socioeconomic indicators. It was an ecological, quantitative, and retrospective study. The local Moran index was used for spatial autocorrelation and simple linear regression for the analysis of socioeconomic indicators. The results showed varied spatial autocorrelation for dengue and COVID-19 in different years. The regression in 2021 revealed that 82.9% of COVID-19 notifications were related to dengue. Population density and population size were identified as the main factors for the increase in cases. This analysis suggests that both diseases are affected by the same indicators.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"25 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140746180","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Some of these viruses are strongly associated with cervical cancer. They are sexually transmitted agents that are highly prevalent around the world. Most infections heal spontaneously, in approximately 18 to 24 months, but in some individuals, the virus persists in a latent, asymptomatic form or a productive form, causing cervical intraepithelial lesions that may progress to result in invasive cervical cancer. During productive infection, the virus executes a complex interaction program with the host cell dependent on differentiation and, through its proteins, nullifies the host cell's protective mechanisms against malignant transformation and suppresses the host's immune responses. Initial lesions may spontaneously revert, but those that reach a certain stage, if not treated, progress to malignant forms. In this review, we present some advances in the biology of HPV infection and the role of its proteins in the interaction with the host cell and its consequences.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"196 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140750678","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The specific objectives are: to discuss strategies that enable students to take an interest in remote teaching; to encourage teachers to remain vibrant in their teaching; to understand the challenges of school management in view of the Covid-19 pandemic and the post-pandemic. Considering the pandemic are and the reinvention of the way of doing school management, new challenges have arisen, in terms of emotional support for the entire school community, and support for teachers' pedagogical practice. Based on this assumption, it is worth asking: how will school management work and propose new strategies to keep teachers and students motivated in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic and post-pandemic? Thus, with this study we aim to contribute information to teachers, school stakeholders, as well as the school community, aiming at the great relevance of the work of school management in keeping students and teachers always healthy, active, motivated in order to preserve the quality of education.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"38 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140760719","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The hero Odysseus ties himself to the mast of the ship to resist the seductive songs of the sirens. While the symbol of the sirens remains the same, postmodernity has amplified the seductive power of the sirens with swift and increasingly personalized information through marketing algorithms that govern everyday life. Therapy initially assists in giving people strength so they don't drown, but in the face of the initial situation, this is not enough. Therapists must act as reverse sirens, guiding the shipwrecked back to their ships so that all these postmodern Odysseuses can find their way home, to themselves.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"33 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140763258","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Objective: To analyze the continuity of care provided to women aged 25 to 64 with high-grade injuries (HSIL) or CC in screening exams carried out in the basic care network of Campo Grande, MS, between March 2017 and February 2018. Method: Case series study, carried out in two stages: in the first, secondary data from the Cancer Information System was used and, in the second, empirical data was collected through interviews with women identified in the first step. Descriptive analysis was carried out with frequency distributions. Results: 37 altered cytologies were identified, 36 with HSIL and one with CCU. Records of specialty consultations were identified for 14 women, of which 11 started treatments. In the second stage, 24 women were interviewed: 7 reported not being aware of the altered cytological result, 13 had been referred for treatment at the secondary level and 3 at the tertiary level. Among the interviewees, 21 had follow-up at basic care unity, but only two were counter-referred from more complex levels. Conclusion: It was not possible to prove the continuity of care for women with HSIL and CC based on information systems, indicating possible fragmentation of this line of care in the municipality studied.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"206 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140758315","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We use a study of events to measure the abnormal returns of the companies in 26 events, covering the period from 2019 to 2022. The estimation window used was 252 previous returns to the event window. We select the 100 companies with the greatest participation in the Bovespa index, without considering holdings. Regarding abnormal returns, only two specific events stood out. Overall, at 90%, 95% and 99% confidence intervals, the results do not allow confirming or rejecting the hypothesis that the stock market reacted to ministerial instability during the government of Jair Bolsonaro. The lack of a relationship between the Brazilian stock market and politics reveals a possible disregard on the part of the market for and with the instabilities of public policies that may be promoted by ministerial instability.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"33 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140765369","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
