The objectives were to identify: (i) aspects addressed in research on ISO 30401:2018; (ii) whether the research falls into theoretical or empirical studies; (iii) barriers or facilitators in its implementation; and (iv) relationships between articles and other Knowledge Management concepts. Most research was categorized as theoretical, and among the main converging points in the publications were: Universality of Application, Continuous Improvement Cycle, Integration with other Management Systems, Knowledge Management Culture, and Maturity Models. A challenge to implementation was noted as the norm providing requirements but lacking implementation details, while facilitators included knowledge management culture coupled with leadership roles, as well as the universality of ISO. Relating the aspects covered in the articles to other Knowledge Management concepts, we find Innovation and Competitive Advantage.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"192 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140746591","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To achieve this, this qualitative research makes use of the BNCC itself, specifically its introductory part and its pedagogical foundations. The BNCC is a document that specifies the skills, abilities and knowledge that every Brazilian student must acquire throughout their basic education. Analysis of the document demonstrates that the BNCC incorporates some of the principles found in the classical management approach, including the focus on worker efficiency and work standardization. Some objections to the document focus on the excessive standardization of teaching, which restricts teachers' autonomy and limits the diversity of pedagogical approaches. Furthermore, the emphasis on efficiency and measurable results can lead to a reductionist and utilitarian view of education, disregarding subjective aspects and the integral development of students.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"22 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140748369","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several genes are involved in the metabolism of these antidepressants, including CYP2C19. Consequently, functional polymorphisms in these genes affect these drugs' metabolism. Through an integrative review, this research aimed to verify the CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms' influence on antidepressant metabolism, evaluate their frequency in patients affected by MDD, verify clinical and demographic characteristics of studied populations, and identify possible associations of this gene with MDD. The database used to search for articles was Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde - BVS, and four articles were selected. Polymorphisms in the CYP2C19 gene may contribute to the metabolism of some antidepressants, such as citalopram, but not others, such as venlafaxine and sertraline. Interestingly, the drug sertraline can influence the levels of lipid profile parameters. In addition, some polymorphisms may be relatively frequent depending on the populations, such as Asians. No CYP2C19 polymorphisms associated with MDD development were observed.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"112 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140750858","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Podcasts can be a health education tool that is increasingly in demand. The aim of the study was to develop an educational technology on Covid-19, a podcast with guidelines for the population. This is a methodological, quantitative and validation study, with four stages: 1) requirements gathering through a narrative review of manuals and protocols; 2) construction of the technology; 3) content validation with expert judges; 4) semantic validation with the target audience. The results show that the overall content validation achieved a Cronbach's alpha of 0.90 by the judges and 0.90 by the target audience. The overall average CVI was 0.98. It is concluded that the podcast was considered adequate, with useful information, easy access and appropriate language about Covid-19. It facilitates health education by simplifying the content and allowing dynamic sharing on communication networks.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"3 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140747676","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Objective: To investigate the relationship between biomarkers of neurodegeneration and the inflammatory profile in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with AD and mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Methods: A cross-sectional study including data on biochemical markers and clinical characteristics related to CSF biomarkers (p-tau, t-tau, and Aβ1-42) of 51 patients with MCI or AD was performed. Results: A positive correlation between lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and both p-tau (r=0.548; p<0.001) and t-tau (r=0.757; p<0.001), a negative correlation between lactate and p-tau (r=0.399; p<0.005), and a positive correlation between aspartate aminotransferase and p-tau (r=0.489; p<0.001) were found. Discussion: The positive correlation between LDH and tau protein points to a role for oxidative stress in AD. The negative correlation between lactate and p-tau suggests a detrimental effect of tau protein on cell metabolism. Conclusions: Inflammatory biomarkers might aid in AD workup. Technical simplicity and their potential association with tau protein warrant further research into LDH and lactate in AD.","PeriodicalId":505714,"journal":{"name":"Concilium","volume":"147 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140746504","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
