The results of the field study showed that the Variation Order caused significant changes to the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) and the performance of the implementing contractor. Some of the work affected includes changing the brand of air conditioner, replacing the amphitheater with a jogging track, dismantling railings, sanitary dismantling, plumbing dismantling, air conditioning dismantling, removing demolition debris, glass window frames, reinstalling aluminum door and window frames, wall handrails, doors. iron, disposing of excavated gravel, and planting shrubs. RAB analysis revealed changes in cost proportions for various works, such as increases in demolition and architecture and decreases in structures. In October and November, there was a delay in implementing the work due to a contract addendum, which was only approved in mid-October. However, the implementing contractor did not experience financial problems, and even experienced an increase in profit of 0.79%. In conclusion, Variation Orders can affect project time and costs, but flexible contractors can manage them well, and even optimize profits. However, this new business model still needs to be reviewed to gain more awareness so that more users can use the service. Research on user perceptions of the technology is needed to develop electric ride-hailing services. Analysis of factors related to the user adoption process of electric online transportation services will be carried out using an integrated model of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Data processing and analysis will be carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. While Gisik Cemandi River is included in Class III rivers with COD values of 22 – 31 Mg / L. For the water quality of the Gisik Cemandi river to be maintained and not go down, the residential area must have structured Grey Water wastewater management. The management needed is technical, institutional, and financial management. Technical management planning is carried out by providing recommendations so that residential area has management activities in the form of maintenance and repair by adjusting the available facilities and infrastructure. In addition, a Wastewater Treatment Plant is needed that is used for biological treatment because the BOD/COD ratio of Residential Grey Water is 0.528 or biodegradable. Biological processing of gray water can utilize plants as BOD and COD reducers. In carrying out technical management, it is necessary to have institutional management as a monitoring role between implementers and citizens. The recommendation of institutional management is to be able to follow the institutional practical guidance of the Ministry of Public Works. All technical and institutional management activities require financial management as capital in every implementation of Grey Water organic wastewater management in residential areas. The government encourages industries to apply green industry principles, especially SMI batik in Pekalongan City. One of the first steps in encouraging the application of green industry is to measure the value of green performance in accordance with the referring to the Appendix of the 2018 Green Industry Award Assessment Guidelines on matrix of production process, then determine the factors that affect the value of green performance using binary logistic regression analysis. Binary logistic regression is a statistical analysis method to describe the relationship between dependent variables with two or more categories with one or more independent variables. The purpose of this study is to analyse the factors affecting the green performance value of SMI batik in Pekalongan city. Vertical and lateral loads are fundamental to the structure's load flow process. Industrial buildings handle roof, wind, earthquakes, crane, and wall loads. Structural design must consider these elements, including the choice of lateral force-resisting systems such as X-bracing. In determining building loads, including earthquake and wind loads, various parameters such as wind speed, exposure category, and other factors must be considered by standard requirements such as SNI 1727-2020 and SNI 1726:2019. Selection of site class, wind direction, topographic, and ground surface elevation factors are essential in determining wind loads. This research method focuses on supporting structures consisting of purlins and girts in the context of industrial buildings. Purlins, made from hot or cold rolled steel, generally use C and Z profiles. Girts, made from cold or hot rolled steel, have profile variations such as C, Z, or hollow square sections. PT X is one of the cement industries in Indonesia that has a production design capacity of 2.6 million tons/year. PT X's cement production activities use several fossil fuel energy sources and alternative fuels that can produce carbon dioxide emissions that are wasted into the environment. This study aims to identify process units that produce significant impacts to determine alternative environmental improvement scenarios. The method used is Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) as a tool for calculating potential environmental impacts, and AHP as an alternative selection of environmental improvement program scenarios. The scope of the LCA study carried out with the scope of \"Cradle to Gate\" includes the stages of the raw material extraction process, the production process to the distribution of cement. The resulting potential environmental impact is a total Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 0.20543 tons CO2 eq/ton. The largest potential impact comes from the kiln unit of 0.20221 tons CO2 eq/ton or an impact contribution of 98.43%. Based on the environmental impacts generated, there are 4 alternative programs that can be used to reduce the environmental impacts generated. The selection of alternative program scenarios is based on 3 criteria based on 3 types of respondents. This condition is increasingly common around the world, including in Indonesia. In the workplace, myopia can be a problem for production operators who need sharp vision to perform their tasks well. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of decreased eye vision (myopia) in production operators in the workplace and its impact on the quality of production results. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is by literature study. The data that has been collected is then processed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that operators suffering from myopia can experience a decrease in production output for three main reasons, including myopia sufferers tend to have difficulty seeing details that can affect the accuracy and quality of work, myopia conditions can cause eye fatigue which can reduce the efficiency and productivity of operators in carrying out production tasks and myopia can cause discomfort in physical members, such as the neck, shoulders and back, due to improper posture during work. The type of research used is quantitative. This research uses multiple regression analysis techniques. Data collection was carried out using a self-report scale which can be accessed online via Google Forms. The respondents of this research were employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) from Ministry The results of this research show that there is no positive relationship between leader member exchange and innovative work behavior in ASN (0.274 > 0.05). The correlation between psychological capital and innovative work behavior shows that there is a significant relationship between psychological capital and innovative work behavior (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that if psychological capital increases, this will be followed by an increase in innovative work behavior. leader member exchange and psychological capital have a relationship with innovative work behavior in ASN (F = 218.878 and 0.000 <0.05).
