We offer an overview of key aspects of inclusive education management and strategies aimed at ensuring equal learning opportunities for all participants in the educational process. The aspects considered include needs and capabilities analysis, developing and implementing individualized educational programs, creating an enabling environment, and partnership with the public. This analysis reflects the importance of inclusive education to ensure social justice and the development of each individual in modern society. Key aspects: 1. Individualized approach: Understanding the needs and capacities of each child becomes the basis for effective inclusion. 2. Adapted programs: Development and implementation of personalized educational trajectories based on the needs of each student. 3. Primarily, the state of the agricultural sector in the pre-war period was outlined, emphasizing its significance as a driving force in the development of the domestic economy. The analysis shows that the sector's development model was based on raw materials and was characterized by an imbalance in the production structure, which made it particularly vulnerable to external factors. Specifically, the impact of the military conflict on the agricultural sector is examined, including the loss of infrastructure, negative effects on small farms, the occupation of land, including agricultural land, mining of cultivated areas, and problems with exports. Special attention is given to analyzing the damages and indirect losses incurred by the sector due to the war, as well as the needs for its restoration. It is established that the agricultural sector is gradually recovering thanks to the help of domestic and foreign investors, and the priority areas for the effective use of investment funds are outlined. The strategic directions aimed at overcoming the main problems of the agricultural sector of Ukraine during the war and at the stage of post-war recovery are formulated. Another concept being integrated into the EU green strategy is the circular economy model, aimed at minimizing the generation of various types and types of industrial waste. In March 2020, a plan was adopted that places recycling and the use of renewable resources at its core. At least 30% of the funds allocated as grants and loans will go to environmental projects. The construction industry is at the center of transformations towards a green economy. Several main problems have been identified that hinder the process of introducing green development in the construction sector: lack of financial resources; lack of necessary technologies in national economies; insufficiently developed legal framework in the field of green technologies; the unwillingness of companies in traditional sectors to transform their business in accordance with the requirements of the green economy; lack of qualified specialists; possible job losses, especially at the local level, during the transition to environmentally friendly production methods; the need for environmentally oriented citizen education to promote green growth ideas. The competitiveness of countries in the global economy will largely be determined by the extent to which countries can organize their movement towards green growth. In the construction segment, this has led to the search for solutions and approaches that would provide a much higher level of quality of constructed facilities based on three fundamental factors: increased requirements for building comfort; significant reduction in resource consumption; lack of influence of the object on the people in it and the environment.
