Abstract

of conservation of the nature reserve fund depends on the diversification of financing tools and methods through the formation of special funds in the structure of budgets of different taxonomic levels, the diversification of public-private partnership agreements regarding the use of nature reserve assets, the involvement of modern forms of financing within the functioning of eco-industrial parks in relation to the preservation, reproduction and multiplication of biodiversity. It has been proven that in the conditions of wartime and post-war recovery of the national economy, as well as in the conditions of deepening the decentralization of power, the expediency of using such a tool for financing the territories of the nature reserve fund as a subvention from the state budget to local budgets for the implementation of environmental protection measures on communally owned objects is actualized.
