We offer an overview of key aspects of inclusive education management and strategies aimed at ensuring equal learning opportunities for all participants in the educational process. The aspects considered include needs and capabilities analysis, developing and implementing individualized educational programs, creating an enabling environment, and partnership with the public. This analysis reflects the importance of inclusive education to ensure social justice and the development of each individual in modern society. Key aspects: 1. Individualized approach: Understanding the needs and capacities of each child becomes the basis for effective inclusion. 2. Adapted programs: Development and implementation of personalized educational trajectories based on the needs of each student. 3. Support and acceptance: Creating a safe and comfortable environment where everyone feels valued. 4. Collaboration and partnership: Involving the community, family, and other stakeholders in co-creating an inclusive space. 5. Benefits of inclusive education: Justice and equity: Equal access to quality education for all children, regardless of their disabilities. Personal development: Unlocking the potential of each child and enriching the learning environment. Sustainable and productive environment: Diversity and inclusiveness of opinions and experiences that make learning more dynamic and effective. Fully realized inclusive education not only promotes social justice and equality but also enriches the learning environment and fosters the development of everyone. By allowing all learners to participate in the learning process, regardless of their physical, mental, or intellectual condition, inclusive education promotes diversity and inclusivity of thought and experience, creating a more sustainable and productive learning environment where every learner can develop their potential and succeed. Therefore, continuous work on developing and implementing inclusive practices in all areas of education is essential.
