WL test is a method to judge whether two graphs are isomorphic, but\u0000it cannot distinguish all non-isomorphic graphs. As an improvement of WL, k-WL\u0000has stronger isomorphism discrimination ability, and as k increases, its\u0000discrimination ability is strictly increasing. However, whether the isomorphic\u0000discrimination power of k-WL is strictly increasing for more complex 3D graphs,\u0000or whether there exists k that can discriminate all 3D graphs, remains\u0000unexplored. This paper attempts to explore this problem from the perspective of\u0000graph generation.

This indicator has been identified as a predictive factor\u0000for surgical peri-operative parameters, particularly in the context of kidney\u0000cancer. However, state-of-the-art algorithms for computing the CSA rely on\u0000assumptions about the tumor shape and require manual human annotation. In this\u0000study, we introduce an innovative method that relies on 3D reconstructions of\u0000tumors and organs to provide an accurate and objective estimate of the CSA. Our\u0000approach consists of a segmentation protocol for reconstructing organs and\u0000tumors from Computed Tomography (CT) images and an algorithm leveraging the\u0000reconstructed meshes to compute the CSA. With the aim to contributing to the\u0000literature with replicable results, we provide an open-source implementation of\u0000our algorithm, along with an easy-to-use graphical user interface to support\u0000its adoption and widespread use. As a result, competition organizers must develop effective game\u0000rules. However, these rules have multiple objectives beyond making the game\u0000enjoyable for participants. These objectives may include solving real-world\u0000problems, advancing scientific or technical areas, making scientific\u0000discoveries, and educating the public. In many ways, creating a challenge is\u0000similar to launching a product. It requires the same level of excitement and\u0000rigorous testing, and the goal is to attract ''customers'' in the form of\u0000participants. The process begins with a solid plan, such as a competition\u0000proposal that will eventually be submitted to an international conference and\u0000subjected to peer review. The proposed method\u0000leverages the regression algorithms with the transistor circuit model to size a\u0000transistor in 0.18 um technology fast and without using simulation software.\u0000Threshold voltage, output resistance, and the product of mobility and oxide\u0000capacitance are key parameters in the transistor circuit model to size a\u0000transistor. For nano-scale transistors, however, these parameters are nonlinear\u0000with respect to electrical and physical characteristics of transistors and\u0000circuit simulator is needed to find the value of these parameters and therefore\u0000the design time increases.
