In this paper, a sorting game as a puzzle game is chosen in the form of a grid with four rows to four columns. There are four ways to play sorting sixteen arbitrary numbers by exchanging a pair of numbers chosen through the swap as a game feature. The number of steps of each choice can be compared, to which one is the most efficient. The basic implementation is in image processing that can be extended to other fields. The metamorphic process in image processing as a series transition visualization of two source images can be simulated in fractal model. As long as a pair of fractal objects of the iterated function system model uses the affine coefficients as a result of transformations in initial state, so it can be transformed to other states easily just applying gradually manipulation on each set of coefficients based on the interpolation values between the source and destination objects. In this paper there are two kinds of metamorphic transition effects on two pairs of fractal objects with five collage components discussed.  Abstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis relevansi pendidik dalam perspektif Imam al Ghazali di era society 5.0. Jenis Penelitian secara umum, penelitian ini menggunakan model kepustakaan (library research), berasal dari sumber-sumber kepustakaan, baik berupa buku-buku, naskah, jurnal. Kitab Ihya ulumuddin. To dive deeper into the role of the madrasah committee in efforts to improve the quality of education at MTs Negeri Kutai Barat and MAN Kutai Barat. 2). To dive deeper into the supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of the madrasah committee in efforts to improve the quality of education at MTs Negeri Kutai Barat and MAN Kutai Barat. This study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type, using interview data collection, observation and documentation, data analysis using the Miles, Huberman and Saldana analysis model techniques. The results of the study found that there were similarities and differences in the involvement of madrasah committees at MTs Negeri Kutai Barat and MAN Kutai Barat in terms of planning work programs. The similarities are; (1) at the beginning of every year to prepare a work program, (2) Planning is carried out for one year, (3) involving the head of the madrasa, teachers, education staff, committees, student guardians, and other related parties. Then the difference is that the Head of MTs Negeri Kutai Barat involves the Madrasah Committee in preparing the madrasah budget while the MAN Kutai Barat committee is not involved. The MTs Negeri Kutai Barat Committee is actively involved in repairing facilities and infrastructure such as repairing the paint of the madrasa building, making parking areas, etc. which are arranged in every work program planning meeting and funding is taken from the student's guardian routine fees of Rp. 30,000 for the payment of teachers' fees and others, while the MAN Kutai Barat committee is involved in improving facilities and infrastructure only conditionally, not routinely and is planned. The evaluation at the end of each year carried out by the two Madrasah Committees is a form of their responsibility for the programs that have been planned and implemented so that future improvements can be made and can contribute to improving the quality of education in each madrasah.
 Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini 1). Untuk menyelami lebih dalam bagaimana peran komite madrasah dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs Negeri Kutai Barat dan MAN Kutai Barat. 2). Untuk menyelami lebih dalam apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari peran komite madrasah dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs Negeri Kutai Barat dan MAN Kutai Barat. This study used a quantitative approach with a study population of 6 madrasas, 2 each at the MI, MTs and MA levels with a total of 171 teachers and the sample was determined using a random sampling technique and 81 respondents were selected. Data was collected using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a valid instrument of 52 items, shared using the Google form with WhatsApp. The data were analyzed by multiple regression statistics or analysis of the t-test and F-test data with SPSS version 24. The results of the study 1. There was an effect of X1 on Y which was 0.007 <0.05 and the t-count value was 2,755 > t-table 1,984 so that it could be concluded that H1 was accepted which means that there is an effect of X1 on Y. 2. There is an effect of X2 on Y of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-count value of 10,226 > 1,984 3. There is an effect of X1 and X2 on Y of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of f count 58,017 > 1,984 so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of X1 and X2 together (simultaneously) on Y.&#x0D; &#x0D; Abstrak Tujuan penelitian bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah wanita terhadap kompetensi guru madrasah di Kota Balikpapan. Pengaruh manajemen sekolah berbasis digital terhadap kompetensi guru madrasah di Kota Balikpapan Pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah wanita dan manajemen sekolah berbasis digital terhadap kompetensi guru madrasah di Kota Balikpapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian 6 madrasah, masing-masing 2 madrasah pada jenjang MI, MTs maupun MA dengan jumlah guru 171 orang dan ditetapkan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling (sampel secara acak) dan terpilih sebanyak 81 orang responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan quesioner (angket) dengan instrument yang valid 52 item, dibagikan menggunakan google formulir dengan WhatsApp. Data dianalisis statistic Regresi ganda atau analisa data uji t dan uji F dengan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian 1. One of the causes of flooding in the Pulisan river is the magnitude of the run off and the large flow rate so that potential flooding events can occur. Therefore, run-off control is needed in the upstream area of the Pulisan river. Pulisan watershed has a total watershed area of 3.25 km2 and has 9 tributary channels. The location reviewed is in the Pulisan river channel with selected sections is the channel of 5 Pulisan rivers which has a watershed area of 0.2512 Km2. The Araren-Pigrandma MRG rain post and the Maen Climatology rain post are sources of maximum daily rainfall data used with a time span of 2002 to 2021. HEC-HMS software is used to obtain the parameters needed to obtain a peak discharge of 2.2 m3 / second and a planned flood discharge. HEC-RAS software to analyze water level and flow rate when using gully plug.
