After analyzing the data and testing the hypothesis, the value of the correlation coefficient level between the use of Microsoft PowerPoint learning media (X) and learning outcomes (Y) is 0.678. In testing the hypothesis the result is that there is a high influence between the use of Microsoft PowerPoint learning media and student learning outcomes. Then prove the working hypothesis (Ha) using the F test, Ha will be proven if Fcount is greater than Ftable with a significant level of 5%. The Fcount is 32.240 while the F-table is 4.098 at N = 40, meaning that Fcount is greater than Ftable so that it is said that there is a significant influence between the use of Microsoft PowerPoint learning media on learning outcomes. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling with 10 Informatics Management students in the first semester of the 2022/2023 academic year as subjects, who took Basic Mathematics courses. These students have difficulty solving differential problems, especially material on chain rules and high-order derivatives. The results of the Mid Semester Examination (UTS) obtained were only able to be answered by 20% of students. The purpose of this study was to analyze students' difficulties in answering differential questions, done by looking at learning outcomes and by collecting information obtained during interviews, based on four aspects of expertise, namely: 1) Information skills, 2) Arithmatics skills, 3) Language skills, and 4) Number fact skills. The method of information analysis is carried out by: collecting information, reducing, presenting information, and drawing conclusions. Data collection in this study used a triangulation procedure, namely by equating the information on the test results with the results of the interviews. The results of this study are that students have difficulty solving differential problems when viewed from the four aspects of expertise. Iconnet is a high speed prepaid internet service using the latest fiber optic technology that is reliable and stable for retail and residential areas. One of the problems that exist in the Iconnet internet network service is about the problems that exist in its network devices, one of which is the lack of supervision of the Oprical Line Terminal (OLT) so that it remains in good condition or there is no loss for internet network distribution where the device directly leads to the customer. In order to avoid these problems, this final report will design an OLT monitoring system in the Iconnet service, especially on the Zabbix-based link so that it can be monitored through notifications via Telegram or directly with Zabbix. Studi pada produk makanan-minuman yang bersertifikat dan berlabel halal pada UMKM di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap informan (Pelaku UMKM dan Konsumen. Konsumen yang menggunakan transaksi pembelian melalui social media dan mengkonsumsi produk makanan-minuman yang bersertifikat dan berlabel halal pada UMKM di NTB). Informan berjumlah 8 (delapan) orang, yang terdiri dari; 5 (lima) orang para pelaku UMKM dan 3 (tiga) orang pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan penjualan melalui social media selama 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir. Para pelaku UMKM menerapkan strategi pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan social media untuk meningkatkan tingkat penjualan produknya. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh para pelaku UMKM adalah mengenali pelanggan, memilih social media yang cocok, melakukan pemasaran produk, transaksi jual beli dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah masih kurangnya para pelaku UMKM menggunakan social media dan hanya social media yang gratisan dipilih sebagai wadah pemasaran bisnisnya. Penelitian ini membangun hubungan antara strategi pemasaran dan peningkatan penjualan dengan menyoroti peran penting dari social media. This study used a one-group pretest and posttest pre-experimental research design. 26 students in class VIII-D participated in this study from 39 JHS in Surabaya. Datas were collected through teaching activity, science process skill pretest-posttest, and students’ responses. The collected teaching activity was calculated using modus, the improvement of SPS was analyzed using n-gain value and students’ responses will be shown by percentage. The result of study was shown an improvement in the observations of how the learning was being put into practice, with modus 3 in good categoty. The N-Gain result was 0.73 on high category to demonstrated students' science process skills development from the result pretest posttest. The webbed based worksheet on human skin health received a positive responses from students, with a percentage of 95% on very good category.
