 Methods: The evaluation tool used for this assessment was a health policy governance evaluation tool developed by the World Bank.
 Results: The study revealed that the dimension of 'transparency and information' of the family dentist system for students in Seoul received the highest level of governance. The dimensions of 'consistency and stability' and 'coherent decision-making structure' also received a good level of governance. However, there were areas where governance was found to be insufficient, specifically in terms of 'stakeholder participation' and 'supervision and regulation'.
 Conclusions: To implement the family dentist system for students nationwide, enhancing the governance framework is crucial, allowing key stakeholders such as oral health professionals, students, and their parents to engage.","PeriodicalId":496938,"journal":{"name":"한국구강보건과학회지","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136277480","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

 Methods: A total of 54,835 adolescents were included in our study.
 Results: In this group of participants with decreased physical activity, the rates of experienced toothache, gingival bleeding, and tooth sensitivity were higher (57.0%, 56.0%, and 55.8%, respectively) than equaled or increased groups (p<0.001). The risk of toothache, gingival bleeding, experience of tooth sensitivity was 1.38 (95% CI: 1.31-1.47) times, 1.33 (95% CI: 1.25-1.42) times, 1.43 (95% CI: 1.35-1.50) times higher, respectively among participants with decreased physical activity after COVID-19.
 Conclusions: We found that changes in physical activity among adolescents are related to oral symptoms.","PeriodicalId":496938,"journal":{"name":"한국구강보건과학회지","volume":"116 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136277636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

 Methods: Data were collected from dental hygienists working in dental clinics located in the Busan area using a structured questionnaire. The final sample size was 142, and SPSS ver.27 and Process Macro 4.1 were used to analyze the data.
 Results: Role stress of dental hygienists had a positive effect on job burnout and turnover intention, and indirectly through job burnout. On the other hand, the moderating effect of professional identity on the effect of role stress on job burnout and turnover intention was statistically significant.
 Conclusions: Establishing a professional identity for dental hygienists can reduce turnover intentions.","PeriodicalId":496938,"journal":{"name":"한국구강보건과학회지","volume":"129 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136277637","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
