Purposive Communication is a 3-unit course that is mandatory for English and is intended to improve student's abilities to communicate effectively in speaking, writing, and presenting to diverse audiences in both local and global settings. The macro skills are replicated in a sophisticated academic environment through digital technology. The program offers activities that help students acquire and display communication strategies for academic, professional, and other objectives. These strategies are guided by the standards of effectiveness and appropriate language usage. The study utilized the Grounded Theory Method, a qualitative research approach developed by Kathleen M. Eisenhardt. A total of 10 informants were used to retrieve responses from the selected fields of disciplines as a jumpstart for designing the syllabus and instructional materials for specific professional educational programs. Six emergent themes shape the contextualization of the Purposive Communication course: developing confidence and competence in communication skills, articulating verbal and non-verbal for effective communication, integrating positive leadership characteristics, developing communication skills related to work, OBE-inspired teaching-learning process, and developing global skills for the 21st-century workplace. This study also presented a sample model for designing instructional material intended for a particular discipline and a modified portion of an actual syllabus of a Purposive Communication course highlighting communication for occupational purposes. The author recommended contextualizing this English course by suggesting to authors, curriculum designers, and educators to view the themes identified in this study as valuable references for designing educational materials and curricula. The sample of this study is 10 basic materials companies that meet the sample criteria. The results of the study stated that profitability had a positive and significant effect on the company's value. High profitability indicates that the company is able to generate significant profits and good performance so that it can increase its value in the capital market. Furthermore, investment decisions also have a positive and significant effect on the company's value. The decision to invest is important because it will have an influence on the company's success in achieving a goal. Investment decisions can also moderate the relationship between profitability and company value. Starting in the early 1980s, an intensive discussion on Islamic banks as a pillar of Islamic economics was conducted, followed by the initiative to establish Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 1990. Significant developments occurred with the ratification of Law Number 10 of 1998, which provided a legal basis for the operation of Islamic banks and encouraged conventional banks to open Islamic branches. Islamic banks and conventional banks have some similarities in technical aspects, but the differences lie in the legal aspects, organizational structure, and work environment. Syari’ah banks operate based on the principle of profit sharing and must comply with the fatwa of the Syari’ah Supervisory Board. The main function of the National Syari’ah Council is to supervise the products of Islamic financial institutions to comply with Islamic law, issue fatwas, and provide reprimands if there are irregularities. Government Regulation Number 72 of 1992 explains the principle of profit sharing that must be applied by Islamic banks. In addition, Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) operates three operational principles: a profit-sharing system, a buying and selling system with profit margins, and a fee (service) system. BMI products include various types of savings and financing that are in accordance with Syari’ah principles. From a positive legal perspective, there is a significant difference in handling usury. The traditional interpretation of riba focuses on prohibitions based on financial exploitation. However, there is an argument that the Islamic banking system needs to be more humane and fairer in its operations. The analysis incorporates key variables such as final consumption expenditure (% of GDP), final consumption expenditure growth (annual %), gross capital formation (% of GDP), and gross capital formation growth (annual %). The findings reveal that the growth rates of final consumption expenditure and gross capital formation have significant positive impacts on GDP growth, while their static levels do not show significant effects. These results underscore the importance of dynamic economic policies aimed at stimulating consumption and investment growth. The study suggests that integrated, flexible, and holistic policy approaches are essential for achieving sustained and robust economic growth. Data from 72 employees across four departments were analyzed using Spearman's rank correlations to examine associations between trust-building factors (HR practices, performance evaluations, delegation) and commitment levels. Additionally, Kruskal-Wallis H-tests and Mann-Whitney U-tests were employed to investigate potential demographic influences (age, sex, educational attainment) on both commitment and trust perceptions. While public employees exhibited moderate levels of organizational commitment, trust in HR policies, performance evaluations, and delegation practices remained high. Interestingly, trust in managers' follow-through and decision-making involvement displayed a potential U-shaped relationship with age. Educational attainment also emerged as a significant factor influencing trust perceptions across various organizational aspects. These findings suggest that fostering trust through transparent leadership, fair practices, and employee empowerment can be a valuable strategy for LGUs to cultivate a more committed workforce. However, there are still many problems in the current stage of English reading teaching, which affects the effectiveness of English reading teaching and the improvement of students’ reading ability. Strong reading motivation is a key factor in promoting students to actively learn reading. Professor Keller, a renowned American psychologist, proposed the “ARCS Learning Motivation Model” in 1983, which starts with four elements: Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction, and designs corresponding motivational strategies based on the characteristics of students’ learning motivation and teaching content. This study aims to stimulate students’ reading motivation as a breakthrough point, apply the ARCS learning motivation model to English reading teaching in junior high school, and explore whether English reading teaching based on this model can improve students’ reading motivation and thus improve their reading ability and grades. This research selected two classes in the first grade of a middle school as experimental subjects. The experimental class adopted a reading teaching method based on the ARCS learning motivation model, while the control class adopted traditional reading teaching methods. Through a one-month teaching experiment, the researchers collected and analyzed data from students, including questionnaires, tests, and interviews. Based on the analysis of the research results, this research confirms the effectiveness of middle school English reading teaching based on the ARCS learning motivation model in enhancing students’ reading motivation, improving reading ability, and improving reading performance. This paper analyzes the specific economic influences of rural housing reform measures that contribute to regional GDP growth from 1998 to 2022. To analyze the data, the paper mainly utilizes the multiple regression model, through which the driving effect of such reforms is disclosed vis-à-vis policies of housing, infrastructure investment, and health care to rural GDP. The disclosed data have proved that these reforms not only propelled economic development but also increased the quality of life for rural residents and balanced the growth of regional economies. Based on extensive analyses and a large body of literature, the research attempts to explore the consequences of China's property market volatility on social structure and economic growth. The paper details the ways in which property market dynamics interact with economic conditions. Clear findings suggest that changes in house prices directly affect regional development and overall economic stability; in other words, the property market can lead to sustained economic development. It is argued that strategic measures in housing market management are necessary to ensure sustainable growth. Education plays an important role in constructing students’ concept of gender equality, and textbooks, as an important medium for students to receive education, are an important part of promoting educational equality. In addition, the junior high school stage is a critical period for students to develop values, and textbooks, as an educational medium, should help students establish a correct understanding of gender roles. However, previous studies have shown that there is an implicit bias of gender inequality in teaching materials. This study conducts an in-depth study on gender equality in the PEP eighth-grade English textbooks. It adopts the literature review method to sort out the relevant research at home and abroad, and uses the content analysis method to comprehensively analyze the gender roles, illustrations, and language use in the textbooks. It also combines quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to discuss the current situation and causes of gender equality. The study finds that there are gender stereotypes and gender discrimination in textbooks, which have an impact on students’ gender perception and self-perception.
