Đánh giá tình trạng mắc các bệnh kèm theo dựa theo bộ công cụ của Charlson Comorbidity. Đánh giá chức năng sinh hoạt hằng ngày và đánh giá khả năng sử dụng các công cụ hằng ngày bằng bộ công cụ của Kernisan. Đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống của người cao tuổi dựa theo thang điểm đo lường chất lượng cuộc sống tại Việt Nam.\u0000Kết quả: tuổi trung bình của đối tượng tham gia là 69,9 tuổi, 41% là nam và 59% là nữ. Điểm chất lượng cuộc sống độ tuổi 60 - 69; 70 - 79 và ≥ 80 là: 6,3 ± 1,9; 7,2 ± 2,9 và 8,7 ± 3,1 với p < 0,05. Điểm chất lượng cuộc sống của nhóm độc thân; goá; kết hôn là: 7,3 ± 1,3; 8,1 ± 3,4 và 6,7 ± 2,4 với p <0,05. Điểm chất lượng cuộc sống của nhóm có thu nhập và không có thu nhập là: 6,6 ± 2,1 và 7,4 ± 3,1 với p < 0,05. Điểm chất lượng cuộc sống nhóm không mắc bệnh mạn tính là 6,2 ± 1,8; nhóm mắc 1, 2 và ≥ 3 bệnh là: 6,7 ± 2,4; 7,9 ± 2,6 và 10,8 ± 4,7 với p < 0,05. Điểm chất lượng cuộc sống của nhóm không nhập viện, nhập viện 1 và ≥ 2 lần là: 6,7 ± 2,3; 7,4 ± 3,1 và 12,3 ± 6,3 với p < 0,05. Điểm chất lượng cuộc sống của nhóm phụ thuộc hoạt động về ăn và di chuyển cần giúp đỡ là: 9,5 ± 4,3 và 9,4 ± 4,2 với p < 0,05. Moreover, research on the impact of care interventions on anxiety in colorectal cancer patients is limited.\u0000Objective: This concept analysis aimed to clarify the concept of anxiety among colorectal cancer patients.\u0000Methods: The concept analysis was conducted following the Walker and Avant methodology. The utilization of the concept was investigated across three databases (PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar), resulting in the identification of 12 relevant studies for in-depth analysis.\u0000Results: The identified attributes of anxiety in colorectal cancer include distress related to body image changes, uncertainty during social role reintegration, and fear of disease recurrence or mortality. Genetic factors, psychological elements, and stressful life events were recognized as antecedents of this anxiety. Additionally, the consequences of anxiety exhibited both positive and negative impacts on colorectal cancer patients.\u0000Conclusion: The findings of this concept analysis enhance the understanding of the concept of anxiety among colorectal cancer patients. This study aimed to investigate the self-management behavior and related factors among hypertensive patients at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital and find out some factors related to the self-management behavior of hypertensive patients at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital.\u0000Methods: In this research, we conducted a cross-sectional descriptive study involving a sample of 223 patients who had been diagnosed with hypertension for at least one year. These patients were receiving outpatient treatment at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital between June 2021 and May 2022. The patients were surveyed using a demographic data questionnaire, the hypertension fact knowledge questionnaire, and the hypertension self-management behavior questionnaire which was referenced from a previous study.\u0000Results: The study found that 96.4% of the patients had high level self-management behaviors. Additionally, the study identified a significant relationship between gender, occupation, economic status, living conditions, knowledge about hypertension, and self-management behaviors of hypertensive patients (p < 0.05).\u0000Conclusion: The study findings revealed that the levels of self-management for hypertension were consistently high across all components. Moreover, sociodemographic characteristics such as gender, occupation, economic status, living conditions were found to be associated with self-management. Additionally, knowledge emerged as a significant factor positively influencing the self-management behavior of hypertensive patients. Nurses working at Ninh Binh General Hospital. The reference questionnaire for measuring nurses’ work motivation from previous studies was recruited, and evaluated by experts The data analysis was conducted by using SPSS 20. \u0000Results: The average score of nurses› work motivation was 3.83 points. The rate of nurses who were motivated to work was 75.4%, and the rate of nurses who were not motivated to work was 24.6%. Factors such as personal experience, salary, allowances, manager›s support, manager›s information feedback, timely management, and encouragement affected work motivation to nursing work, this relationship was statistically significant with p < 0.05. \u0000Conclusion: The work motivation of nurses at Ninh Binh General Hospital was at an average level and there were many factors related to the work motivation of nurses. The study assessed medication adherence using the MARS–5 questionnaire (Medication Adherence Report Scale 5).\u0000Results: The rate of medication compliance in patients was 21.8%, non-compliance accounted for 78.2%. Patients who occasionally forget to take medication account for the highest rate of 51.8%, arbitrarily reducing the dose to less than the prescribed dose accounted for 32.1%, rarely skipping doses, and stopping medicine for a period of time accounted for 35.7% and 50.2%, respectively. There was a relationship between age and current medication and medication compliance. The difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).\u0000Conclusion: The medication compliance rate in diabetic patients readmitted to the hospital in the study was low, only 21.8%, of which patients forgot to take medication and arbitrarily reduced the dose and stopped using medication for a period of time accounting for the highest proportion. high rate. The study employed a combination of qualitative and quantitative observations to analyze 49 videos recorded nurses’ interaction with standardized patients in a communication training course from 2019 to 2021. The maximum score for the general knowledge was 46 points.\u0000Results: The percentage of participants with good knowledge of cervical cancer prevention and screening was 38.8%. Knowledge of cervical cancer prevention and screening was related to age, occupation, and education level.\u0000Conclusion: The knowledge of cervical cancer prevention and screening among the women in the research was quite low. Bàn","doi":"10.54436/jns.2023.06.742","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.54436/jns.2023.06.742","url":null,"abstract":"Mục tiêu: Mô tả chất lượng cuộc sống và xác định một số yếu tố liên quan đến chất lượng cuộc sống của người bệnh sau phẫu thuật thoát vị bẹn.\u0000Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang trên 88 người bệnh bệnh nhằm đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống của bệnh nhân sau phẫu thuật thoát vị bẹn, sử dụng bộ công cụ đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống HERQL .\u0000Kết quả: Trong số 88 bệnh nhân nghiên cứu, tỷ lệ nam giới là 90,9%; nhóm tuổi chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất là ≥ 60 với 50,0%. Trước phẫu thuật, tỷ lệ bệnh nhân có chất lượng cuộc sống tồi tệ là 27,3%% và cực kỳ tồi tệ là 15,9%. Số ngày nằm viện trung bình của người bệnh là 7,7 ± 2,1 ngày. Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân cải thiện chất lượng cuộc sống nhiều sau phẫu thuật là 46,6%. Các yếu tố liên quan đến chất lượng cuộc sống sau phẫu thuật là giới tính, thoát vị tái phát, thoát vị 2 bên, thoát vị nghẹt và tiền sử ngoại khoa của người bệnh.\u0000Kết luận: Chất lượng cuộc sống của người bệnh thay đổi tích cực sau phẫu thuật thoát vị bẹn.
