The reference questionnaire for measuring nurses’ work motivation from previous studies was recruited, and evaluated by experts The data analysis was conducted by using SPSS 20. \nResults: The average score of nurses› work motivation was 3.83 points. The rate of nurses who were motivated to work was 75.4%, and the rate of nurses who were not motivated to work was 24.6%. Factors such as personal experience, salary, allowances, manager›s support, manager›s information feedback, timely management, and encouragement affected work motivation to nursing work, this relationship was statistically significant with p < 0.05. \nConclusion: The work motivation of nurses at Ninh Binh General Hospital was at an average level and there were many factors related to the work motivation of nurses.
