In various ecological and microclimatic conditions, the accumulation of above-ground and underground phytomass during the season is considered, as well as the production and destruction processes in plant communities are analyzed. Based on the results of the research, recommendations were developed for the preservation of steppe ecosystems and the rational use of pasture lands during the growing season, including in years with different hydrothermal regimes. The biological productivity of vegetation, in combination with climatic factors, has ensured the fertility of the soils of the steppe zone for centuries, which is the main granary of agriculture and animal husbandry. Practically frontal plowing of the steppe of Kazakhstan, more than 70%, contributed to the transformation of steppe vegetation on large areas.","PeriodicalId":485485,"journal":{"name":"Л.Н. The nature and mechanisms of the development of suicidal behaviour in humans continue to be insufficiently clear. Previously, a number of studies have revealed the relationship between the level of lipids, in particular cholesterol, and the development of suicidal behaviour. Along with this, there are studies that have not revealed any connection between suicidal behaviour and cholesterol levels. Consequently, the role of cholesterol in the development of suicidal behaviour in humans is an interesting research question. In this regard, we conducted a literature review to determine the relationship between blood cholesterol levels and suicidal behaviour. The literature was searched in the databases Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, and eLibrary. The search was carried out by the keywords: “cholesterol” or “total cholesterol” and “suicide” or “suicidal behaviour\". Articles in English and Russian were included. Studies involving only adult patients were included. As a result of the analysis of 79 articles, it was revealed that the majority of authors (70%) came to the conclusion confirming the relationship between cholesterol levels and suicidal behaviour. However, there are a number of studies that do not confirm the existence of such a connection (17%). Despite the revealed contrast, there is a small part of the works (13%) that are presented by reviews and meta-analyses and cannot give an unambiguous answer to the research question we are interested in. Thus, the revealed contradictions can be explained by the fact that suicidal behaviour is complex and multifactorial. The use of cholesterol levels as a biomarker in the future would allow clinicians to obtain a laboratory marker, which, in combination with clinical assessments and symptoms, can make it possible to make a timelier diagnosis and assess the risks in patients with suicidal behaviour. However, to date, the mechanisms of this relationship remain unclear, which is the field for further scientific activity.","PeriodicalId":485485,"journal":{"name":"Л.Н. The purpose of this article is a holistic analysis of the concept and content of the phenomenon of legal culture. When writing a scientific work, various methods of scientific analysis were used: synthesis, analysis, comparative analysis, dialectical approach, search and selection of facts. The article provides a typology of legal culture on the basis of its specificity and form of implementation, defines the functions of legal culture. All practical recommendations and conclusions can be used both in the educational process and in the design of state programs, concepts, normative sources. Rakhmetulin","doi":"10.32523/2616-6844-2023-144-3-71-79","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32523/2616-6844-2023-144-3-71-79","url":null,"abstract":"The increasing influence of constitutional ideas and principles on the system of legal regulation, including the regulation of pre-trial and judicial stages of criminal proceedings, has had a serious impact on the emergence and development of the concept and practice of constitutionalizing the legal system in modern states. The same trend has also affected the sphere of criminal proceedings, since, firstly, it is objectified by the need to improve the system of protecting human and civil rights and freedoms. Secondly, this trend is due to the fact that the subjects of criminal proceedings involved in the criminal process, on the one hand, are protected by the rights that are established in constitutional norms and regulations, on the other hand, these rights may be restricted in cases provided for by law. Determination of the balance in this matter is provided by law enforcement agencies in the process of law enforcement activities. At the same time, when situations arise when there are doubts about the constitutionality of the norms of criminal procedure legislation, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan has the last word in the dispute about the right, which expands the boundaries of constitutional legality through the adoption of regulatory decisions. In this aspect, the article analyzes the activity of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan as one of the main subjects of the constitutionalizing the norms of criminal proceedings. With increasing pH from 2 to 5 occurs the dissolution rate of zinc reduction. At pH 10, zinc oxidation proceeds with a large over potential, however due form hydroxo metal electrode dissolves at the same rate. The influence of electrolyte temperature on the process of anodic dissolution of zinc. With increasing temperature the increase of anodic current maxima. They are used in medical fields, electronics, oil refining, production of ammonia, fuel cells, automotive industry. Catalytic wastes are an important secondary source of metals because recycling of wastes is more economical and ecological way of metals obtaining compared to mining from ores. Spent automotive catalyst is a rich source of platinum group metals [PGM: platinum (Pt), palladium (Pd), and rhodium (Rh)] which contains higher concentrations of PGM than found in natural ores. This review presents the analysis of the recovery methods of platinum group metals from spent catalysts and their advantages and disadvantages. With the beginning of the requisition, the activities of public committees for the organization of assistance to mobilized Kazakhs intensified. The article examines the activities and his direct participation of Alikhan Bukeikhan and his associates in the creation of a foreign department under the Committee of the Union on the Western Front, which monitored the living and working conditions of the rear guards, dealt with their nutrition and treatment. The authors come to the conclusion that numerous appeals of «Alash» figures demanding the immediate return of Kazakh workers mobilized for rear duty and the cessation of further mobilization lead to the fact that the Provisional Government was forced to issue a special decree suspending the mobilization of Kazakhs for rear work. In general, the analysis of archival materials showed that the involvement of educated Kazakh youth in the work of the Foreign Department to assist compatriots mobilized for rear work allowed them to go through a serious political school, and they fully managed to prove themselves during the subsequent revolutions.","PeriodicalId":485485,"journal":{"name":"Л.Н. He defines the role of each individual educational organizations organized by the tsarist authorities in the region, and makes an attempt to assess their contribution to the training of the corps of Kazakh officials. The author analyzes the activities of Kazakh graduates of educational institutions in the region in the context of the colonial history of the Semirechensk oblast in the late XIX- early XX centuries. In the article, a special role is given to the number of Kazakh students involved in imperial educational organizations, thereby determining the position of the local Kazakh population in relation to government education. The author also draws attention to the consequences of the training of local personnel by educational organizations of the region in the management of the region, assessing their contribution to the social life of the Kazakh nomadic society of the late XIX – early XX centuries. The purpose of this article is to reveal the process of deportation and stay on the Kazakh land of one of the numerous ethnic groups - Germans who were moved from their native places. The main source was interviews with the descendants of the deportees who live in the territory of the Abai region. The information received from them is most valuable because they were directly involved in the deportation process, and the materials also make it possible to form an idea of the fate of the German people, to evaluate history not from the point of view of figures and official reports, but from the point of view ofpeople who were in a difficult life situation. There are many common plots in the narratives about the deportation and its consequences. These stories are filled with pain, representatives of the older generation try to push tragic memories out of their memory. The legislation and legal experience of foreign countries on conclusion and execution of \"smart contracts\" are studied in detail. As is known, currently there are several ways of integrating smart contract into transactions. The most relevant model of smart contract conclusion is the mixed model, the positive sides of using this form are analysed in the relevant provisions of the article. In its turn, the very legal nature of this type of contracts causes lively disputes in the civilistic environment, which is demonstrated by various opinions given in the article on the topic under consideration.
