The study was carried out within the framework of the scientific project: \"National program for the introduction of personalized and preventive medicine in the Republic of Kazakhstan\" IRN OR12165486. As a result of the study, the recorded concentrations of heavy metals in the atmospheric air of Taraz were at or above the permissible risk regulation and determined the direct impact of emissions from chemical industry enterprises. The total hazard index of traditional pollutants of atmospheric air in Taraz was high in terms of targeting the respiratory organs. The values of the average annual concentrations of other atmospheric pollutants in Taraz slightly exceeded their reference levels. As a result of studying the environmental situation of Taraz from the impact of the actual concentrations of the analyzed substances from the industrial zone of the plant \"Mineral Fertilizers\" LLP \"Kazphosphate\", there is a fairly high level of atmospheric air pollution for a wide range of substances. The identified risks to public health from their impacts require the development and implementation of planned environmental measures aimed primarily at improving the environmental situation in Taraz to reduce the mortality rate, morbidity of respiratory diseases, neoplasms.","PeriodicalId":485485,"journal":{"name":"Л.Н. The purpose of this article is to study the works of domestic and foreign scientists from the point of view of historical analysis, to consider approaches to the study of this problem, as well as to assess the causes and consequences of the famine of 1921-1922 from the point of view of modern research. As a research task, the authors of the article identified an attempt to identify the main causes of famine in Kazakhstan, the scale of damage and the impact of hunger on the life of the indigenous population of the country with the help of an overview historical-comparative and historical-demographic analysis. The article discusses new archival materials and the latest research by Russian scientists on the topic under study in recent years. The authors made certain conclusions regarding the fact that not all aspects of the famine of 1921-1922 were sufficiently studied, such as historical, geographical, environmental and migration consequences.","PeriodicalId":485485,"journal":{"name":"Л.Н. The paper reflects the state of the soil and vegetation cover of the forest landscapes of the Karkaraly low mountains in the Karaganda region. The paper provides the results of chemical soil tests, describes the vegetation cover samples using geoinformation technologies based on the standard quantitative index NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index), confirmed in field studies in the summer of 2020. The work performed aims at a comprehensive assessment of the physical, chemical, and biological characteristics of the components of geosystems. In course of the field study, a brief description of phytodiversity was compiled, indicating the geomorphological attributes of key areas. To study the vegetation, sample plots of the underlying soil and vegetation cover were set. Overview and thematic maps of the object under study were created. At the final stage of the study, the interpretation of the results is presented with the identification of cause-and-effect relationships of the state and fluctuations of geoecosystems. Data sources include satellite images of Landsat-8 (US Geological Survey) and field studies along the routes and four key areas. The results of the work allow defining the object under study, determining the distinctive properties in key areas, as well as possible reasons for the difference in the studied territory of geosystems.","PeriodicalId":485485,"journal":{"name":"Л.Н. The history of this institution of public control shows that from the first years of its existence in pre-revolutionary Russia, this form of participation of representatives of society in the activities of correctional institutions has proved its effectiveness in protecting the interests of prisoners. During the years of Stalin's repressions, for obvious reasons, the work of these public formations was curtailed. In the context of reforming the state-legal system in order to increase public confidence in the institutions of power, the role and importance of the PMC increases significantly. Unfortunately, there are very few special works devoted to the activities of the ONC, if not to say that there are none in Kazakhstan at all. The ONC is mentioned in the works devoted in general to penal enforcement law, and in the comments to them. Despite the fact that in recent years there has been a trend of close cooperation between the state and civil society structures, the practice of modern PMC activities indicates that there are still problems associated with the formation of its composition, their provision of legal assistance to convicts and a number of restrictions on their activities in the exercise of their functions. It is also important to note that there are no exceptions to this rule. The article discusses the development of the Institute of Mediation in Kazakhstan as an alternative method of dispute resolution. Due to the lack of proper development of the Institute of Mediation, the opinions of scientists and lawyers will be analyzed, and the factors hindering the development of mediation in Kazakhstan will be identified by comparing the experience of China, Germany, Georgia, and Singapore in implementing and developing alternative dispute resolution methods. In order to distinguish these points, a review and comparative analysis of the scientific works of scientists studying the Institute of Mediation, laws and scientific works of a number of foreign countries on mediation was conducted. The results obtained showed the features of the formation of protective and adaptive mechanisms from the action of factors of the production environment in groups of workers of different ages with the dominant value of psycho-emotional tension. The results of the study of mental performance indicators in instrumentation workers showed a slight decrease in the intensity and speed of work with age, the accuracy of work increases with age, the concentration of attention in older age groups increases significantly, the working capacity and productivity of work slightly decrease, the volume and speed of processing visual information also decreases. the efficiency of the work performed. An analysis of the results of reactive anxiety in the groups of surveyed workers showed that the levels of moderate and low reactive anxiety differ slightly. In terms of personal anxiety, moderate values of personal anxiety are most pronounced, and the smallest number is low personal anxiety. The study of the psycho-physiological indicators of the workers of the workshop of control and measuring instruments made it possible to identify persons with high instability and exclude them from the production cycle. Alkey Khakanovich Margulan began his career in the field of science at a time when ideological persecution of many scientists began. The change in the scientific direction of Kazakh folklore to the study of monuments of material culture and ancient art is considered as well. The scientific activity of academician Alkey Margulan as a scientific employee at the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR is noted, as well as his participation in the creation of the scientific publication \"History of the Kazakh SSR (from ancient times to the present day). The study addresses two key questions: How did Soviet propaganda mobilize women workers in this region, and what impact did it have on their daily lives? The research methodology involves a content analysis of periodical press and personal sources such as memoirs and letters. Additionally, the study utilizes primary sources to understand the function of the Communist Party's agitation and propaganda apparatus. The findings highlight the power of propaganda in shaping the thinking and behavior of a population during a critical period in history, contributing to a better understanding of the influence of agitation and propaganda on women's work ethic and providing a valuable contribution to the historiography of women's employment during the war.
