Based on the use of “level learning technology” in teaching future mathematics teachers to solve construction problems, students’ creativity and research abilities, independent work, abstract thinking, etc. problems of improving methodological training by developing skills are studied. Mastering new technologies of teaching in the field of modern education helps the teacher to develop himself and effectively organize the educational process. The use of new technological methods of teaching increases the level of education of students in accordance with modern requirements. In the given article, the authors analyzed the state programs and concepts, the works of domestic and foreign scientists, the results of an online survey and interviews conducted with students. 68 students of the mathematics education program were involved in a pedagogical experiment, and the results were shown. As the analysis of the survey shows, after using the “level learning technology” in the lesson, students are recognized from a certain personal subjective point of view, which regulates their cognitive and practical activities. It has been shown that the use of “Level-level teaching technology” in the teaching of structural calculations allows effective and efficient organization of education, and increases the methodological training of future mathematics teachers.","PeriodicalId":485485,"journal":{"name":"Л.Н. This research seeks to establish and examine the connection between animal cruelty and domestic violence, especially acts perpetrated against domestic pets, and incidents of victim-driven animal husbandry when animals become the targets of aggression in a home environment. We explore psychological, sociocultural, legal and victim-driven animal husbandry aspects as well as instances when domestic animals themselves become the targets for aggression in domestic settings. Study findings reveal an unexpected connection between animal abuse and domestic violence that could help law enforcement agencies, public organizations and professionals working in social support and psychology detect cases sooner. It would also allow victims to receive immediate assistance. This research holds great relevance for law enforcement officials as well as practitioners working within these fields of social support and psychology. Law enforcement, social services and public organizations may utilize the findings from this study to enhance procedures for detecting domestic violence as well as protecting animals from abuse.","PeriodicalId":485485,"journal":{"name":"Л.Н. In the system of separation of powers, the judiciary traditionally refrains from creating new legal regulations, ensuring only the application of legal norms in the process of justice. At the same time, the system of separation of powers assumes not only mechanisms of checks and balances, but also methods of interaction of various branches of government. In the process of such work, it is possible and necessary for the judicial system to participate in the development and improvement of legislation. Specification and detailing of the norms of laws is carried out today in the process of adopting regulatory decisions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, established in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a valid law. However, not only in the process of direct law-making it is possible for the judiciary to develop a system of norms of national law. Judicial practice as a plurality of judicial acts formed in the course of the activities of judicial bodies, their generalization by judicial collegiums of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan act as an auxiliary source of law, filling in gaps in the current legislation, offering recommendations for improving the mechanism of legal regulation and thereby ensuring its development and improvement. In this aspect, an important direction in the study of judicial practice today is the scientific understanding of the question of how far the limits of judicial law-making extend, what is its relationship with the interpretation of law, the judicial consciousness of the judge, the application of law and the law by analogy, what are the legal principles of judicial practice. As part of the Order of the Prime Minister's of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2020 to develop and implement the National Labor Protection Program outlined there, which mandated developing an effective National Labor Protection System by uniting government with social partners, on January 20, 2022 the Concept for Labor Safety until 2030 was approved. As a result, the degree of purification of copper ion complexes was achieved, 99% versus the best result using methods known in the literature 93%, for cobalt the degree of purity was 98% versus 88%. The yield of the products is also higher than in the known methods and amounted to 78, cobalt -43 for copper compounds. Physico-chemical methods have established that after the final stage of purification-pyridine treatment, impurities are removed, including cyanuric acid, the decomposition product of urea, the results of elemental analysis for carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen conducted on the ThermovomTypFlashEA 1112 analyzer complexes of cobalt (II), copper (II) with phthalocyanine, the assignment of bands of IR spectra recorded in KBr tablets on the Nicolet IR-200 FT - IR spectrophotometer, UV- the spectra of sulfuric acid solutions of metallooctachlorophthalocyanines taken on a Varian, UV - Vis/NIR spectrometer.","PeriodicalId":485485,"journal":{"name":"Л.Н. Including the active role of nomadic Turkic-Mongolian aristocrats in the structure of the administration of the Golden Horde and its social and political life, was reflected in the ranks of the military aristocracy (noyons, beks, emirs). In the article, the main attention in the analysis of the activities of the Turkic political elite was paid to the information of geneology, heroic epics and legends, as well as medieval written sources. Information from written sources was compared with samples of historical epics and Kazakh genealogies. The article analyzes several ways and factors that contributed to the transformation of natives of nomadic Turkic-Mongolian tribes into the political elite of the Golden Horde. The Beks, who came from local tribes, went down in history as influential figures who played a special role in the history of the Golden Horde.As a result of Kypchakization, the ideology of Genghis Khan underwent changes. However, it formed its worldview in the post-Golden Horde, including in the late period of the Kazakh Khanate, and remained in the history of our people to this day in the form of legends, epics, architectural monuments.","PeriodicalId":485485,"journal":{"name":"Л.Н. The author of the article conducted a total of 25 interviews in the period from September 2021 to December 2022. Among the respondents surveyed, 10 persons were ordinary voters, 15 persons were experts in the field of electoral law (including scientists, teachers of higher educational institutions, members of election commissions, judges, public figures). The article contains the opinions of 5 respondents regarding the existing problems in the field of the electoral system and ways to solve them. The study was conducted with the aim to study the opinions of citizens directly involved in the electoral process, as well as the voters themselves. The scientific literature shows that research in the field of improving the electoral system has not yet been studied (especially empirically). Therefore, it will undoubtedly increase the contribution of research to science. The construct of forgiveness, until recently, was mainly characterized as an individual phenomenon. It is important to study the process of forgiveness between groups or peoples affected by past conflicts, both on a symbolic and physical level. Post-conflict intergroup forgiveness depends on the processes of social identity, collective guilt and shame, intergroup contact, group emotions and is supported by the development of positive attitudes. The interpretation of events affects the process of forgiveness. It is important to explore the historical context and consequences of various historical events. Our article deals with a specific example, which means forgiveness of one group of another group. The social context includes the historical conflict over the discrimination of European Jews in Germany on ethnic grounds. Based on the analysis of the social context, it is possible to try to make a forecast regarding the prospects for intergroup forgiveness between representatives of the two peoples, which today is still relevant due to the growth of nationalist sentiments in the world. Thus, paying attention to the social context will allow us to analyze both the role of interpersonal forgiveness in the historical context and its contribution to explaining and exploring differences in intergroup forgiveness.","PeriodicalId":485485,"journal":{"name":"Л.Н.
