Direktorat Penyelidikan Narkoba Kepolisian Daerah Kepulauan Riau memainkan peran penting dalam upaya mencegah dan mengatasi perdagangan narkoba di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Direktorat Penyelidikan Narkoba Kepolisian Daerah Kepulauan Riau dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian narkoba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi naratif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan para petugas dan pejabat dari Direktorat Penyelidikan Narkoba, serta dokumentasi terkait strategi komunikasi yang diimplementasikan. Penelitian ini juga mengadopsi teori sistem yang dikembangkan oleh Ludwig von Bertalanffy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Direktorat Penyelidikan Narkoba Kepolisian Daerah Kepulauan Riau telah mengimplementasikan berbagai strategi komunikasi dalam upaya mereka untuk mencegah dan mengatasi perdagangan narkoba. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan produk Nivea dan tinggal di kelurahan Tanjung Piayu, kecamatan Sei Beduk, Kota Batam. Jumlah keseluruhan konsumen di daerah tersebut mencapai 10.649 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel melalui rumus Slovin dengan hasil perhitungan sebanyak 386 responden didasari pada simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh dan uji hipotesis. Penemuan dalam analisis regresi linier berganda menyatakan bahwasanya citra merek berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas dengan besaran pengaruh 31%. Daya tarik tarik berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas dengan besaran pengaruh 21,2%. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) menyatakan citra merek dan daya tarik dapat menjelaskan loyalitas, dengan pengaruh sebesar 8,9%. Many people complained about the offline service due to time constraints and the tight schedules they have. In order to simplify and accelerate the process of making population documents, the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) together with the Communication and Informatics Office (Kominfo) of Batam City created the Electronic Population Service Application (LAKSE). The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of Electronic Population Service Application (LAKSE) which focuses on ID card reprinting in Batam City. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative. In this case the Effectiveness of Police Discretion through the application of Restorative Justice in criminal acts of domestic violence. Based on Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police in article 18 paragraph 1 related to police discretion which reads For the public interest officials of the Indonesian National Police in carrying out their duties and authorities can act according to their own judgment. So in this case the police explained that for police discretion in terms of restorative justice the effectiveness here is to reduce the high rate of divorce and the existence of this Restorative justice is applied to restore the situation to how it was before and to provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators not to repeat it. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskripsi dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dimana data yang diperoleh adalah data hasil penyebaran angket (kuesioner). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang mengurus dokumen di DISDUK CAPIL kota Batam yang tidak dapat diprediksi jumlahnya, , maka dilakukan pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode Nonprobability Sampling yang mana jumlah sampel ditetapkan oleh peneliti berjumlah 100 orang responden. Hasil analisa data dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 29 di temukan bahwa pada variable Harga memiliki nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-table atau (2,211 > 1,660) atau Ha di tolak dan Ho diterima yang berarti hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa variable Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dapat diterima. Seangkan Variabel Kinerja Pegawai memperoleh nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-table atau (1,986 > 1,660) atau Ha di tolak dan Ho diterima yang berarti bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa variable Kinerja Pegawai berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat dapat diterima. Juvenile criminal justice is different from the general criminal justice system that applies in Indonesia. There are various factors, such as psychological and sociological factors, which can cause a child to be considered guilty of a crime. In this system, accountability for crimes committed by children prioritizes the principles of restorative justice. This study aims to understand the legal provisions that apply to children who are involved in serious crimes and to see how the form of accountability for these crimes is seen from the perspective of positive law in Indonesia. This study uses a normative juridical method by conducting literature studies related to legal arrangements related to children and analyzing them descriptively to develop the core problems in this writing. The results of the research show that Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System has regulated special legal provisions for children as criminal offenders. Children in this system have the right to receive special treatment during the investigation, prosecution and trial process so that their mental condition is maintained. However, until now Batam City is still very minimal in providing information services regarding transportation, such as routes, departure schedules, area coverage and others. Based on the research conducted, it has been found various problems experienced by public transportation users in Batam. The main problem found in this case is the lack of detailed information about public transportation in Batam City. Therefore the Department of Transportation innovates to design an application called SIP TB with the hope that the output of the application is in accordance with the needs and desires of users. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using data collection techniques, observations and interviews.
