TikTok is a social media that is used to create content in the form of short videos. On TikTok someone can become famous because of their content, these people are called tiktokers. One of the Tiktokers with interesting content is Nadya Khietna Putri, whose content has a distinctive feature that is, she makes TikTok videos of lypsinc and dance by displaying cute and adorable facial expressions. Because she has an adorable face, many TikTok users are interested in the content she’s uploads. But behind the many TikTok users who like Nadya's content there are also several other users who feel insecure about her beauty, they feel that they are not beautiful as Nadya and they often compare themselves with Nadya. They mostly young women, felt that they could not be like Nadya, who was often praised and the center of attention. It is because of this phenomenon that researchers want to examine whether there is an influence from Nadya Khietna Putri's TikTok content on the level of insecurity of adolescents in Batam City. The theory used is S-O-R theory which assumes that the media can have an immediate and direct impact on audiences. This study uses a quantitative research design with associative analysis. Data processing in this study used IBM SPSS 25 software. The results showed that the t value for the variable Nadya Khietna Putri's TikTok Content (X) was 5.809 for the level of insecurity (Y) with a significance value of 0.000. The sample in this study is accounting students who are actively registered at universities in Batam. The method of random sampling is simple using the Slovin formula. The total respondents were 301 students from 4 universities in Batam.  The method used in data collection is the questionnaire method. The questionnaire used came from Hartutik's research (2016) totaling 41 questions. The hypothesis to be tested is that some independent variables have a significant positive effect and some have a significant negative effect in predicting the interest of accounting students in taking accounting certification.  The results of this study showed that the variables of quality motivation and social motivation separately affected the variables of student interest significantly positively. While the variables of career motivation and economic motivation separately did not affect the variable of student interest in taking accounting certification. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a total of respondents in which the respondents were residents of Taman Anugrah Housing Rt/Rw 001/015 Tembesi Village, Sagulung District, Batam City, a total of 156 respondents. Using the SPSS tool version 26. set on randome sampling technique. Through statistical tests it was observed if the variable product quality and risk perception were normally distributed. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, libraries and documentation. Data validity using correlation product moment. Data analysis techniques use simple regression analysis. This goal is to find out the influence of Vina Muliana's Tiktok content on meeting the information needs of followers. The respondents in this study were follower of Vina Muliana's Tiktok account with the persistence of the number of samples calculated using the formula. The study sample size was 147 people, all of whom were randomly selected and used a questionnaire to collect information. Furthermore, SPSS version 25 is used to perform statistical analysis such as hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, multiple regression, and examination of classical assumptions and data quality. The test results state that product quality will certainly have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a t value of 2.123. Brand image is not able to provide a positive and insignificant influence on purchasing decisions, with the result t count -0.457. word of mouth will certainly have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the result t count 4,787. Then simultaneously product quality, brand image, and word of mouth will certainly be able to give an influence on purchasing decisions at PT Mandiri Apolindo Perkasa of 36.8% according to the coefficient of determination data (R2). In granting housing loans, creditors also sometimes find problems that there are debtors who default, resulting in bad credit. The targets of this study are: To start with, to figure out the gatherings who have privileges and commitments in the House purchasing Credit Arrangement at Bank Maybank Batam; Second, to figure out the reasons for terrible credit on contracts at Bank Maybank Batam, Third, to figure out ways of settling awful advances on contracts utilized by Bank Maybank Batam. The examination technique that specialists use in this kind of exploration is experimental juridical. The data collection technique used was in the form of direct interviews with informants from the Maybank Bank Batam Main Branch Office located in Jodoh. Furthermore, to complete the information from the informants, the researchers asked customers to provide answers to the questions given in the form of questionnaires. The research results that can be described in this paper are: First, the parties who make credit are called: debtors and creditors and they also have rights and obligations; Second, the occurrence of bad credit experienced by Bank Maybank Batam can be seen based on 2 (two) factors, namely: a. the internal factor that causes bad credit is the weak credit administration and supervisory system, b. weak bad credit information system. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to use Glory Beach Instagram, and how to increase the Glory Beach brand image through Instagram. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach (descriptive research). The conclusions in this study indicate that the strategy for increasing the Brand Image of tourism places in the @GloryMelur account is carried out by implementing branding strategy steps which include determining the target market, determining existing competition, determining the point of difference (DOP). Categories of content posted by the @GloryMelur account include promos, posters, job vacancy information, events, holiday greetings, visitor activities and views. The implementation of the branding strategy carried out by the @GloryMelur account can be seen in the categories of posts uploaded. Determining the target market is more targeted by posting promos and events.
