Despite all efforts aimed at developing better and easier information technology, information technology in general is not paid attention to and utilized by customers. Therefore, an understanding of customer acceptance of information technology is needed and the need to identify factors that can facilitate customer transactions at banks, namely through ATMs, internet banking and mobile banking. Based on the background of the problem above, the formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and ATM on Panin Bank customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a field research (Field Research). seen from the nature of this research is descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The analytical method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The research variable consists of the dependent variable, namely satisfaction (Y) and the independent variable, namely Internet Banking (X1), Mobile Banking (X2), and ATM (X3). The enactment of presidential regulations to govern these aspects is expected to enhance the effectiveness of the fuel subsidy policy. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of presidential regulations regarding the provision, distribution, and retail price of subsidized fuel oil in Batam City. The research method employed is descriptive analysis, gathering data from primary and secondary sources. The research findings indicate that despite the implementation of presidential regulations, there are still several obstacles hampering its effectiveness. Factors such as inadequate infrastructure, consistent scarcity of fuel oil stocks, and logistical constraints pose significant challenges in the provision and distribution of subsidized fuel oil. Moreover, the retail price of subsidized fuel oil remains vulnerable to market fluctuations, and some business actors continue to exploit the subsidy policy for personal gains. The proposed recommendations include improving supporting infrastructure, diversifying sources of subsidized fuel oil, and enhancing oversight of regulation implementation. This research consists of variables Net Profit Margin (X1), Return On Equity (X2), Return On Assets (X3) to Stock Price (Y). This study uses quantitative data types, while the data sources use secondary data with library research data collection techniques. The data processing technique used is data processing with SPSS version 25 software. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that partially the variables of Net Profit Margin (X1), Return On Equity (X2), Return On Assets (X3) showed a significant effect on stock prices ( Y). The results of the joint test of Net Profit Margin (X1), Return On Equity (X2), Return On Assets (X3) variables show the effect on Stock Price (Y). The Board of Directors may be exonerated from this duty in the event that an error is made and the Board of Directors is promptly held accountable for it if they can show that the error was not their fault. The Regulation of the Minister of BUMN Number Per-01 / MBU / 2011 regulates excellent corporate governance, which the Board of Directors must follow when performing its tasks. The goal of this study is to determine the board of directors' obligations with reference to sound corporate governance based on the application of the board of directors' duties with regard to the principles of sound corporate governance in the management of a limited liability company and Supreme Court Decision Number 121 K/Pid.Sus/2020. This statutory approach method is employed in the normative juridical research, which focuses on examining how rules or norms are applied in positive law. The findings demonstrated that every requirement of Article 97, paragraph 5, of the Company Law had been met by Karen Agustiawan's conduct. Film dapat memproduksi berbagai peristiwa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari bermasyarakat, kehidupan keluarga, persahabatan, cinta, sejarah, dan sebagainya. Setiap film memiliki cara yang berbeda dalam mengemas dan mempresentasikan peristiwa atau tema yang akan dirangkai menjadi sebuah ceriita berdasarkan ide yang disampaikan oleh pembuat film. Film Sejuta Sayang Untuknya yang dirilis di tahun 2020 ini bercerita tentang seorang ayah tunggal bernama Aktor Sagala yang harus berperan ganda sebagai orang tua tunggal yang merawat dan membiayai kehidupan putri semata wayang, Gina setelah istrinya meninggal dunia. Bekerja keras untuk membiayai sekolah putrinya ditengah krisisnya ekonomi keluarga.Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Rolland Barthes yang digunakan untuk menganalisis makna dan tanda-tanda kasih sayang yang ditunjukkan ayah terhadap putrinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami ungkapan kasih sayang ayah kepada putrinya dalam kehidupan dalam film Sejuta Sayang Untuknya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis semiotika Rolland Barthes. Batam City is one of the cities that has a permit to establish a modern retail business, one of which is Indomaret. This study found a problem, namely a decrease in the number of customers in the last 3 years at 3 Indomaret stores in Batam City. The purpose of this study is to describe forms of communication and promotion in maintaining Indomaret customer loyalty in Batam City. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews using purposive sampling method. The research analysis used the credibility test and the transferability test. The sample of this research is SMEs in the city of Batam as many as 100 SMES. The hypothesis testing technique used is multiple linear regression and multiple coefficients of determination, which are used to measure the effect of more than one independent variable on the depent variable through the validity and reliability test stages, the classical assumption test of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, auto corellation, t test; F test. The result of thus research indicate that (1) there is no positive influence of the perception of MSME actors on the use of accounting information system. (2) there is no positive effect of accounting knowledge on the use of accounting information system. (3) there is a positive effect of business scale on the use of accounting information system.
