One of the social media in question is Instagram with the account name @semuatentangbatam. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of content on the behavior of followers of @semuatentangbatam. If so, how much influence does the theft information content have on the behavior of @semuatentangbatam followers. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study is followers @semuatentangbatam, namely 201,000 (February 2023). The technique used in sampling in this study was Probability Sampling, namely Simple Random Sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to the population sample, namely 399 respondents @semuatentangbatam which were calculated using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. 3. The coefficient test results for the adjusted R-squared value are 0.325838018 or 32.6% while the remaining 67.4% is influenced by other variables. 4. The results of the simple linear regression test with the results of the regression equation Y = 2.168 + 0.445 X1 have a positive value, between the content variable (X) and the behavior variable (Y).

This is commonplace in the fashion sector, especially in the Thenblank ready-to-wear industry in Batam. This study attempts to ascertain the simultaneous or partial impact of product differentiation and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with research data collection methods through questionnaires. Using the Slovin formula to determine sampling, a sample of 100 respondents was selected from 28,180 residents of Sagulung Kotan District. The findings show that product differentiation and product quality simultaneously have a large impact on customer satisfaction, and that the two variables also have a strong or significant positive impact on customer satisfaction when tested partially. Companies must continue to focus on aspects of quality and product differentiation. This research uses quantitative methods. There is also a population of a sample of 100 respondents who use the bukalapak application at least once. The sampling technique used is perposive sampling with certain criteria to be sampled. Data processing using SPSS version 25. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical test, validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, influence test, hypothesis testing. Purchasing decisions are the stage in the decision-making process where consumers actually buy. Decision making is an individual activity that is directly involved in the process of purchasing goods offered by the company. Purchasing decision is a process of making a purchase decision which includes determining what to buy or not to buy and the decision is obtained from previous activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions, the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions, the effect of trust on purchasing decisions and the effect of brand image, promotion and trust on purchasing decisions for garnier facial cleansers in BatamCity. This study uses quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between brand image on purchasing decisions, there is a positive and significant influence between promotions on purchasing decisions, there is a positive and significant influence between trust on purchasing decisions and there is a positive and significant influence between brand image, promotion and trust on purchasing decisions for garnier facial cleansers in Batam City.

Through the presence of Batamtoday, the public can easily access information on a mass scale, anytime and anywhere. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method utilizing the managerialism and organizational democracy theory by Stanley Deetz. This theory demonstrates how communication practices in an organization can distort decision-making. The sub-theories of strategy, agreement, involvement, and participation in organizations provide a contradictory understanding of communication practices in an organization. Strategy and agreement as part of managerialism determine decision-making through leadership domination, while involvement and participation as part of democracy provide a solution to the chaos of domination through leadership movements. The results of the study indicate that the form and pattern of communication applied by the Batamtoday editorial team is verbal, with a communication pattern tailored to the social reality practices within Deetz's concept. The organizational structure in Batamtoday does not give an impression of rigidity in its communication practices. In conclusion, this study shows that the Batamtoday editorial team employs effective communication strategies to build news coverage in the Riau Islands. Communication practices within the editorial team appear flexible and semi-formal, allowing for the involvement and participation of team members in decision-making. This communication allows them to stay connected, share information, and maintain emotional relationships despite the distance. This research employed a qualitative method, utilizing Mery Anne Fitzpatrick's family relationship schema theory. The theory illustrates communication practices within a family involving the roles of parents and children. The research findings indicate that the forms and patterns of communication adopted by migrants from South Sumatra residing in Batam City are verbal, aligned with the communication practices between children and parents within Fitzpatrick's concept. Through interviews as one of the data collection techniques, researchers discovered how communication occurs using various media such as WhatsApp and video calls, enabling migrants to exchange information with their parents in their hometown. In conclusion, this study demonstrates the significance of family communication between migrants from South Sumatra in Batam City and their parents in the hometown to overcome the obstacle of distance. Effective communication and strong emotional bonds help address this challenge. The family relationship schema theory provides valuable insights into understanding family communication, particularly between migrant children and their parents, which is crucial in maintaining family ties despite the distance and physical separation.

This study applies a quantitative method by determining a sample of 101 respondents at PT Valco Indosiatec by applying a saturated sample. Questionnaires are used as a technique in collecting data. Data analysis in this study used the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Hypothesis testing with the PLS approach is carried out in two stages, namely testing the outer model and the inner model. The outer model test is carried out to prove the validity and reliability of all indicators for each variable. The inner model test is carried out to test the influence between variables according to the hypotheses previously set. The tests carried out in this study were descriptive analysis tests, data quality tests, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, hypothesis tests, namely t tests and f tests. the results of the study state that partially financial rewards, professional recognition, and labor market considerations have a positive and significant effect on the interest of accounting students to have a career as a tax consultant. Simultaneously, financial rewards, professional recognition, and labor market considerations have a positive and significant effect on accounting students' interest in a career as a tax consultant. The results of the coefficient of determination with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.561 explain that the three independent variables in this study influence the dependent variable by 56.1% while the remaining 43.9% are influenced by other variables not present in this study.

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang mengkonsumsi vitamin xon-ce di Kota Batam yang mana jumlahnya belum diketahui secara pasti. Teknik penentuan sampel melalui rumus Jacob Cohen dengan hasil perhitungan sebanyak 240 responden didasari pada purposive sampling. Penemuan dalam analisis regresi linier berganda menyatakan bahwasanya desain produk dapat memberikan kontribusi peningkatan sebesar 36,5% kepada keputusan pembelian. Brand image dapat memberikan kontribusi peningkatan sebesar 20,0% kepada keputusan pembelian. Perilaku konsumen dapat memberikan kontribusi peningkatan sebesar 47,9% kepada keputusan pembelian. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) menyatakan desain produk, brand image serta perilaku konsumen dapat memberikan kontribusi sebesar 67,4% terhadap keputusan pembelian.
