Hak Guna Bangunan pada dasarnya telah digunakan diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 40 Tahun 1996 tentang Hak Guna Usaha, Hak Guna Bangunan dan Tanah Hak. Namun dalam implementasi yang dilakukan masih banyak yang tidak sesuai, masih banyak dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat belum memahami penggunaan Hak Guna Bangunan, bagaimana memperoleh Hak Guna Bangunan Hak. Salah satu faktor atau pengaruhnya adalah kurangnya pengawasan pemerintah, kurangnya sosialisasi dan peran pemerintah dalam memastikan efektivitas dan evaluasi pelaksanaan Hak Guna Bangunan. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah perlu melakukan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan keberadaan dan efektifitasnya pelaksanaan Hak Guna Bangunan di Kota Batam, seperti pelaksanaan sosialisasi yang lebih intensif kepada masyarakat, meningkatkan pengawasan penggunaan Hak Guna Bangunan, dan peran aktif Pemerintah dalam pelaksanaannya Hak Guna Bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan aplikasi tersebut Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) di Kota Batam dalam memahami cara memperoleh Hak Guna Usaha Membangun dan bagaimana Hak Guna Bangunan dapat menjadi Hak Milik dalam artian hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku. Communication can be in the form of conveying information to the public by political party candidates to convey their goals to become a politician. Political communication is also intended as a vessel for channeling people's aspirations to prospective political members who will advance as power holders in a democratic country like Indonesia. Therefore the purpose of this study is to find out how the communication barriers that occur in the Batu Aji sub-district community are carried out by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle and to find out what causes the delay in the political communication process. This study used descriptive research with qualitative research methods located in Batu Aji District. Data collection techniques used were observation and interview techniques and continued with documentation. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire method. The population in this study is the number of taxpayers who report at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. Using the Slovin formula, this study's sample represents 10 percent of the total population. This investigation utilises primary data. This study's data collection method was a questionnaire. This investigation employs the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for data analysis. With a Tcount of 3.068 > Ttable of 1.98489 and a Sig. 0.003 0.05, tax sanctions on personal taxpayer compliance are obtained with a Tcount of 3.068 > Ttable of 1.98489. This indicates that Ha is approved and Ho is rejected. Therefore, it can be partially concluded that tax sanctions have a substantial impact on taxpayer compliance in the city of Batam. The Tcount value is 1.676 Ttable 1.98489, and the Sig. is 0.097 > 0.05, based on the research findings regarding taxpayer awareness of compliance. This indicates that Ho is recognised while Ha is not. Therefore, it can be partially concluded that taxpayer awareness has no significant effect on taxpayer compliance in Batam. Based on the research results of tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance, the Tcount value is 0.817 <Ttable 1.98489 and the Sig. 0.416 > 0.05. This means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. So it can be concluded partially that tax knowledge has no significant effect on taxpayer compliance in the city of Batam. Based on the research results of tax sanctions, taxpayer awareness and knowledge of taxation on taxpayer compliance, the Fcount value is 23.074 > Ftable 2.7 and the value of Sig. of 0.000 <0.05. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The data analysis method used in this study consisted of descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis testing consisting of t tests and f tests. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that partially financial rewards, job market considerations, and professional training have a positive and significant effect on the interest of accounting students in choosing to become public accountants, and simultaneously financial rewards, job market considerations, and professional training have a positive effect and significant to the interest of accounting students in choosing a career as a public accountant. The film Ku Kira Kau Rumah tells the story of a girl named Niskala who suffers from bipolar disorder, a mental health issue that can relapse and attack her at any time. The purpose of this study is to find out the moral message represented by the film Ku Kira Kau Rumah. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research is research whose data is in the form of statements or statements and begins with an interpretive approach. By using the semiotic approach of Roland Barthes perspective through denotation, connotation and myth. The results showed that Niskala's bipolar disorder was a mental health disorder, and she often experienced mood swings or very rapid mood changes. The moral message contained in the film \"Ku Kira Kau Rumah\" consists of relationships between family, friends, and partners, which include attention, full of hope, full of affection, honesty, perseverance, wisdom, openness, trust in others, and humility. Kemudahan dalam pengunaan Gojek merupakah hal yang paling mendasar dalam menawarkan produk yang dijual serta kualitas layanan, makin optimal kualitas yang ditawarkan semakin meningkat pula konsumen untuk menggunakannya. Pengkajian ini memakai deskriptif secara pendekatatan kuantitatif serta jumlah responden sebar 212 responden yang diambil pada masyarakat perumahan Taman Cipta Asri Tembesi Blok L Rt 008 Rw 012. Dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26 diperoleh hasil bahwa diketahui besar t hitung 7,491 > t tabel 1,971 serta nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dengan demikian variabel kemudahan berdampak signifikan pada keputusan pembelian, pada variabel kualitas pelayanan nilai t hitung 4,005 > t tabel 1,971 serta nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 maka kualitas pelayanan berdampak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
