The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used in this study were collected from interviews with related parties and collected data from various reliable sources. The results of the study show that the implementation of the PPDB zoning system in Batam City has had a positive impact in achieving equal access to education by prioritizing students from each school zone. However, this research also identified several challenges, such as adaptation to various local conditions and the importance of active community involvement in implementing this policy. As was done by Anies Baswedan who is a presidential candidate in the 2024 Indonesian Presidential Election. Anies Baswedan branded himself through Instagram by displaying content related to daily activities and activities when he visited several regions in Indonesia. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the political branding of the Instagram account @aniesbaswedan in the 2024 Indonesian presidential election issue. The research conducted aims to determine the political branding of the Instagram account @aniesbaswedan in the 2024 Indonesian presidential election issue. This type of research is qualitative, using interpretive qualitative methods and approaches that used is direct content analysis. The data collection method in this study was Miles and Huberman with four stages consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This instance highlights the importance of conducting further research into the protection of victims from the crime of human trafficking. The reality that incidents of human trafficking are rising and causing many victims to suffer in many ways, requiring legal protection for all suffering and loss suffered as a result of the illegal act of human trafficking. In this instance, the victim has the right to reparation, which is the duty of the trafficker. This research attempts to clarify the legal protection of victims of human trafficking, as well as to provide feedback and suggestions to all parties concerned. It employs normative juridical research methodologies to investigate legal materials and concepts concerning victims' rights to compensation. Hasilnya menunjukkan anime \"Attack on Titan\" dan peristiwa sejarah yang melibatkan Nazi dan Yahudi. Welfare is also appropriate for workers. The legal dispute occurred in the city of Surabaya in the decision 714/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Sby. In this case, PT Rakuda Furniture paid wages below the minimum wage. The defendant has the duty of being responsible for the company's operations in determining wages. What is the form of legal protection for workers/labourers for work wages that are given below the minimum wage? giving wages below the minimum can be subject to criminal sanctions based on Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower.This study uses normative research, namely using direct studies of regulations. And using an approach to cases (Case Approach), and a legal approach to statutory regulations (Statute Approach).The form of worker protection guarantee, namely Article 81 number 63 in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, emphasizes that employers who pay wages lower than the minimum wage are subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with Wirjono Prodjodikoro's aim to protect workers' rights in receiving fair wages and to make lessons educating or improving people who commit crimes.
