Using quantitative research methodology, primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms utilizing the Slovin formula. The population comprised 1,258 accounting students from several universities in Batam city, with a sample size of 303 respondents. The questionnaire results were subjected to validity and reliability testing. Data analysis techniques included classical assumption analysis, linear regression assumptions, determination coefficients, T-tests, and F-tests, using SPSS version 26. The findings indicated that gender had a significant partial impact on the ethics of the accounting profession (t-value 5.375 > t-table 1.967). Education also had a significant partial impact on the ethics of the accounting profession (t-value 9.337 > t-table 1.967). Furthermore, simultaneous testing revealed that both gender and education had a positive and significant influence on the ethics of the accounting profession (F-value 255.550 > F-table 3.025). The research method used is explanatory and quantitative in nature. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique, namely the sample in this study consisted of 40 employees who served in the Batam City District Office. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data were processed using SPSS software version 29 with the results showing that motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance with t count 0.199 < t table 2,0261 and a significance of 0.843 > 0.05. Work Discipline obtained t count value of 7,823 > t table 2,0261 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05 which means that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the value of the F test results with F count 40.164 > F table 3.25 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The increasing number of investors seeking to invest in the coal mining sector in the Indonesian Stock Exchange contributes to the country's economy through tax revenue generated from coal sales. Therefore, investors seek companies with good performance by analyzing financial statements and ratios that influence stock prices. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of current ratio, net profit margin, and earning per share on stock prices in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The research uses purposive sampling, resulting in 20 companies and financial reports for 5 periods that meet the criteria. The hypothesis testing using t-tests shows that current ratio (X1) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices (Y), net profit margin (X2) has a significant negative effect on stock prices (Y), and earning per share (X3) has a significant positive effect on stock prices (Y). Corruption is considered an exceptional crime, making investigations challenging due to the intricate methods employed by the perpetrators. This difficulty led to the introduction of the term \"perpetrator witness\" or \"justice collaborator,\" referring to a witness who cooperates with law enforcement authorities to investigate the same crime. The objective of this study is to examine the legal arrangements and protection measures afforded to justice collaborators in sharing information. The research employed a normative legal research method, utilizing library research and primary, secondary, and tertiary data sources. The findings reveal several legal provisions, including Law No. 31 of 2014 and SEMA No. 4 of 2011, as well as forms of protection provided by law enforcement agencies, encompassing physical and psychological safeguards. However, it can be inferred from the study that the legal foundation for justice collaborators lacks clarity, as it holds the potential for multiple interpretations in practical implementation. Purchasing decisions are consumer responses to differences in the level of needs and real results that are enjoyed after consuming a product/service. Purchasing decisions have several factors that can influence them, including brand image, social media promotions, and digital marketing. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, social media promotion, and digital marketing simultaneously on purchasing decisions at XES Shoes Indonesia. The design of this study uses research design and quantitative research methods. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to 222 respondents, namely consumers who made purchases at XES Shoes Indonesia for the July-December 2022 period. The results of this study indicate that brand image, social media promotion, and digital marketing partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The hotel is an object in the tourism sector, therefore hotel management must carry out cooperation with other supporters so that guests can recognize it. The hospitality business has become an industry that continues to grow as well as the rapid transformation of the Riau Archipelago from the manufacturing industry to the tourism industry. In order to maintain its business in competition, the management of L Hotel Batam must improve its company's ability to remain competitive, one of the ways is by paying attention to the factors that influence the visitor's decision to visit. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of innovation and attractiveness on the decision to visit The L Hotel Entertainment. This research was conducted using quantitative techniques. The research sample used 306 respondents, namely visitors to the L Hotel for the period March 2023 who were over 17 years old. Questionnaires are used as data collection techniques. The conclusion of this research is that the innovation and attractiveness variables influence the decision to visit with the acquisition of sig. 0.00 < 0.05. In addition, innovation and attractiveness influence the decision to visit by 40.9% which is found from the results of the coefficient of determination test.
