Satria Global Persada. the method in this study used quantitative methods with the SPSS version 27 tool in associative (casual) form by distributing questionnaires to obtain data. the population in this study are all employees who work at PT. Satria Global Persada with a sample of 100 respondents. testing the quality of the data using the validates test and reliability test, testing the classical assumptions using the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and the influence test using multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). then to test the hypothesis using the t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and work loyalty have an effect of 55.8% on employee performance, while the remaining 44.2% are influenced by other variables outside of this study.

摘要
本研究旨在了解PT. Satria Global Persada公司的工作纪律和工作忠诚对员工绩效的影响。本研究方法采用定量方法,采用SPSS第27版工具,采用联想(随意)形式,通过发放问卷的方式获取数据。本研究的人群为PT. Satria Global Persada的所有员工,样本为100名受访者。采用验证检验和信度检验检验数据质量,采用正态性检验、多重共线性检验和异方差检验检验经典假设,采用多元线性回归分析和决定系数(R2)分析影响检验。然后用t检验和f检验来检验假设。本研究结果表明,工作纪律和工作忠诚对员工绩效的影响为55.8%,其余44.2%受到本研究之外的其他变量的影响。
