By looking at the high level of taxpayer compliance it will increase tax revenue. This observation aims to analyze the effect of modernization of the administrative system, moral obligation and quality of service on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Batam City. This study used a descriptive and quantitative statistical approach with a sample of 100 respondents who were determined using random sampling and using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. From the analysis of the data, it was found that the implementation of modernization of the administrative system did not affect taxpayer compliance with t count (0.669) < t table (1.985), moral obligations affected taxpayer compliance with t count (3.150) > t table (1.985) and quality services affect taxpayer compliance with t count (5.237) > t table (1.985). This innovation answers the demands of the Batam City Government, in improving public services, in this case applications, where local government applications are expected to become e-government media as a means of interaction between the government and the public as well as facilitating electronic services. However, there are still deficiencies in this application where the SIP TB application has not been able to fully track the whereabouts of the Trans Batam buses because a number of buses still do not have GPS installed. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of E-Government-based Trans Batam transportation service innovations by the Batam City Transportation Service and to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of E-Government-based Trans Batam transportation service innovations by the Batam City Transportation Service. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi menjadi sebuah reformasi yang tidak dapat dihindari dalam memasuki era 4.0. Para pengguna tidak hanya mengalami tantangan dalam penggunaan media baru namun juga harus mampu beradaptasi terhadap media tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Microsoft Teams mempengaruhi penyebaran informasi pada karyawan PT Schneider Electric Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kauntitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah teknik random sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini 100 karyawan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian dari Penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Teams dikatakan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap penyebaran informasi dikarenakan nilai pada penggunaan aplikasi tersebut signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 7,812 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel yaitu sebesar 1,984. From the results of observations, it was found that the common problems experienced by a company are disharmonious relationships between superiors and subordinates, this is due to the lack of trust of superiors to subordinates or vice versa, policy making without transparency, and lack of communication and others. This company experiences various obstacles in its operations caused by obstacles in the communication process, causing a decrease in employee performance. This research was conducted to find out the communication pattern in PT Simatelex Batam City, for the interaction process of PT Simatelex in building relationships and to find out the organisation's strategy in improving employee performance The type of research used is qualitative research. The subjects of this research are Production Leader, Production Line Leader and Production Operator. The results showed that the communication patterns that are often used at PT Simatelex are Circle Pattern, Wheel Pattern, Y Pattern and Star Pattern. The aim of this research is to know the type of code-mixing on Kristo’s Twitter account. This research used Wardaugh’s theory. The researcher used observational method with non-participant techniques in collecting the data by Sudaryanto. This research applied sociolinguistics identity method and sociolinguistics- competence in equalizing to analyze the data. When people want to interact with each other, they have to choose a particular code to express their feeling. Related to this, the research is written based on code-mixing as a means of language variation in sociolinguistic, and it is used in social media. The researcher found all the type of code mixing on Kristo’s twitter account. Each of the data divided into type of code mixing there are intra-sentential code mixing, intra-lexical code mixing, and involving of pronunciation code-mixing. Code mixing could happen everywhere with any condition and situation. Di Kota Batam UMKM masih banyak yang belum menggunakan sistem informasi akuntansi. Faktor penyebab UMKM di kota Batam tersebut belum menggunakan sistem karena beberapa hal diantaranya adalah persepsi pemilik UMKM dan juga pengetahuannya terhadap akuntansi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi pemilik dan pengetahuan akuntansi berpengaruhterhadap penggunaan infromasi akuntansi pada UMKM baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, sumber data dalam penelitian ini primer, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuisioner, teknik dalam penentuan sampel ini adalah slovin yang berjumlah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pemilik (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan informasi akuntansi (Y), pengetahuan akuntansi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan informasi akuntansi (Y). secara simultan Persepsi pemilik (X1) dan pengetahuan akuntansi (X2)berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan sistem akuntansi (Y). This business is referred to as sex trafficking on an international scale. Women and children are forced into sex slavery by being sold, kidnapped, tortured, or raped whose main goal is to gain huge profits. Speaking in the context of decency, there are many things that influence children to be easily exploited as sex workers, such as social media, the community environment, and their own family environment. Social media is a tool where exploitation cases can occur. In law enforcement (criminal) the police are the body that really determines the process of settling a criminal case. This can be seen in the criminal justice system, where the police are the first agency to handle criminal cases. The authority given will result in a settlement or screening of violations of the law. This research consists the variables of Taxpayer Understanding (X1), Taxpayer Awareness (X2), Service Quality (X3), Tax Sanctions (X4) on Taxpayer Compliance (Y). This study uses quantitative data types, while the data source uses primary data with data collection techniques is by distributing questionnaires. The data processing technique used was data processing with SPSS software version 25. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that partially the variables of Taxpayer Understanding (X1), Taxpayer Awareness (X2), Service Quality (X3) and Tax Sanctions (X4) show a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance (Y). But together the variables of understanding of taxpayers (X1), awareness of taxpayers (X2), quality of service (X3), tax penalties (X4) show an effect on taxpayer compliance (Y).
