This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The data in this study used secondary data. The steps of analyzing data are collecting, describing and concluding data. Band extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Padang City with a literacy plus media approach are carried out with 3 stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. band extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Padang City have become one of the extracurricular activities that can develop students' musical abilities. The planning process, practice, and strong support from coaches and coaches have contributed to the success of this extracurricular band. This type of research is quantitative, with pseudo-experimental methods. The research design used was pretest-posttest Control Group Design. The research sample was class XII IPS 1 as an experimental class and class XII IPS 2 as a control class. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample of 40 people. Based on the results of this study, the results of the hypothesis test were obtained, namely the results of the t test where the value of Tcalculate (4.413) > Ttable (1.686). Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the Experiential Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in class XII social studies geography subjects at SMA N 1 Palupuh, Agam Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach using the Single Subject Research type with an A-B-A design. The subject of this research was 1 child with mild intellectual disabilities in Class VII SLB Muhammadiyah Pauh IX Padang . The child cannot yet iron school uniforms. Technique data collection used is test deed . Then the data is analyzed with visual analysis of the graphs used For assess the data in condition And between condition . On baseline conditions (A1) were obtained inclination stability on range stability 3 .75 , mean level 25, limit above 26.875, limit below 23.125 and percentage 100% stability . On condition intervention (B) is obtained range stability 12 .75 , mean level 73.33, limit above 79.705, limit below 66,955 and percentage stability 16.66%. Then on baseline condition (A2) range stability 13 .5 , mean level 87.75, limit above 94.25, limit below 80.75 and percentage stability 75%. Results from research that has been done obtained that the skill of ironing school uniforms increased after intervention with video tutorial media . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between workload on employee performance and to find how much influence between the independent variable, namely workload, on the dependent variable, namely performance. This research uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to employees of the Airport Operation Landside & Terminal unit. The T test results show that workload has a significance value of 0.151 on performance. In this study, high school students access the internet for various things such as access to communication services, learning media, online games, short video access and entertainment. Emotional regulation is considered as one of the factors causing Problematic Internet Use in high school students. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional regulation and Problematic Internet Use among high school students in West Sumatra. This study uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The subjects in this study amounted to 285 people obtained using purposive sampling method. The measuring instrument used to measure Problematic Internet Use is the GPIUS 2 scale, while to measure emotional regulation using the ERQ scale. The analysis technique used the Spearman Rank test. So that the results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship with a negative correlation value of -0.415 between the emotion regulation variable and the PIU variable. The goal of this Community Service (PkM) is to understand the process, inhibiting factors, driving factors, and teachers' efforts in fostering children's reading interest through the provision of reading corners. The theories underlying this PkM include: non-formal education, the nature of early childhood, reading interest, storytelling methods, storytelling techniques, and storytelling and reading interest. The PkM method used is descriptive method, and the techniques used are observation, documentation study, questionnaire, interview, with a total sampling of 52 children. Based on the PkM findings, it is found that: 1) There is a reading corner and sufficient supporting books, 2) storytelling activities with reading aloud techniques, 3) difficulties in using storytelling methods in the process of fostering reading interest, 4) efforts in fostering children's reading interest carried out by teachers. It can be concluded that within a week, teachers tell stories less than 3 times with a duration of 10-15 minutes. Supporting factors include the availability of storybooks in the reading corner, inhibiting factors include choosing interesting storybooks, and conditioning children during storytelling.
