Exponential growth and decay show up in a host of applications. From population growth and continuously compounded interest to radioactive decay and Newton’s law of cooling exponential function are ubiquities in nature. In this section, we examine exponential growth and decay in the context of some of the application. In the preceding section, we examined a population growth problem in which the population grew at a fixed percentage each year. In that case, we found that the populations can be described by an exponential function. A similar analysis will show that any process in which a quality grows by a fixed percentage each year (or each day, hours, etc) can be modeled by an exponential function. Compound interest is a good example of such a process. The research aims to discover the development of woven bamboo craft businesses in Nagari Koto Baru Simalanggang and its impact on the socio-economic life of the local community. The method used in this research is a historical method with four stages of research methods, namely heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the bamboo woven craft business in the village of Koto Baru Simalanggang, Payakumbuh District has existed for a long time, but the year it appeared is not certain. Woven bamboo crafts have developed in shape and model. In 1990, the form of woven bamboo crafts was still very simple. In 1995, the woven bamboo craft business began to improve and develop significantly. Woven bamboo crafts were initially introduced by Mom Desweni. The woven bamboo craft business is a business that has been passed down from generation to generation through non-official education route. Bamboo woven craft business can be used as the main job for craftsmen to fulfill their daily needs. Bamboo woven craft business has a big influence on the socio-economic life of bamboo woven craftsmen in Nagari Koto Baru Simalanggang. Providing web-based information services on crime maps in Limbur Lubuk Mingkuang District, Muaro Bungo Regency.This type of research is quantitative. This research aims to examine the concept, practices, supporting factors, and challenges in implementing public organizational cultural innovation. The method used is a literature review by analyzing various relevant sources of literature. The results show that the application of values of integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and customer-oriented approach can improve the indices of public satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness of public services. The factors supporting the success of public organizational cultural innovation include leadership commitment, employee engagement, effective communication, and appropriate reward systems. However, the implementation of public organizational cultural innovation also faces challenges such as resistance to change, resource limitations, and bureaucratic complexity. The aim of this research is to find out whether the mobile library service at the Sibolga City Library and Archives Service is effective enough in developing people's interest in reading in Sibolga City. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation, while technical data analysis is carried out in 3 (three) ways, namely data triangulation, method triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of the mobile library service in developing people's interest in reading in the Sibolga city library and archives service has gone quite well, this can be seen in real conditions after the researchers conducted observations and interviews, which can be seen based on the public's fairly good response, and the enthusiasm of children who always welcome mobile library visits to their schools. Factors that influence mobile library services in developing people's reading interest in the Sibolga City Library and Archives Service, namely book collections, users/readers, librarians on duty, and the mobile library facilities provided are supporting factors. Discretion also acts as a substitute or workaround for weaknesses in regulations, enabling governments to respond and handle unforeseen situations in a manner consistent with general principles of good governance. The aim of this research is to investigate and identify effective monitoring and accountability mechanisms for the use of Freies Ermessen in the legal system in order to increase integrity and fairness in decision making. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and literature studies. A qualitative approach was chosen because it provides the ability to deepen and understand complex phenomena and allows researchers to explore various perspectives and relevant contexts. The research results show that regarding the use of Freies Ermessen in the legal system, there is a need to develop effective monitoring and accountability mechanisms. Transparency in the decision-making process, setting clear standards, and community involvement are key to ensuring that discretion is used with integrity and in accordance with legal principles. Basically, the condition of the parking lights is not working optimally or not in accordance with the predetermined light on time settings due to the lack of power supplying the parking lights, resulting in a lack of live time for the solar cell parking lights. Data on the equipment module used in the solar cell parking lights is collected and real data in the field or manual measurement data will then be analyzed. The results will be a comparison between the data in the tool module and the measurement data in the field. The impact is the lack of lighting in the parking area of Sumbawa's Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport. Equipment checking and routine maintenance must be carried out to resolve problems that occur with parking lights. The airport field lighting system is a safety instrument in aviation at all operating airports. In the field lighting system there are 2 types of lights, namely Halogen and LED. The light replacement system requires personnel consideration to choose a type of lighting that is more efficient on the runway. This research aims to find out how efficient power consumption is. The data collection methods used in this research are literature study, observation method and interview method. Predicting drug needs in the pharmacy warehouse is vital to ensuring adequate availability for patients. This study developed and implemented a prediction system using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method to forecast drug requirements. Training data comprised drug usage from January 2020 to July 2023, while testing data covered drug usage from August to December 2023. Through several experiments, the best model identified was 12-6-1, with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 6.817 and an accuracy of 93.18%. Predictions for Paracetamol drug usage in August were 4603, whereas the actual usage was 4785.
