In its implementation, this service is carried out by involving santri, especially female students with santri status in the Al-Hasyimiyah area, to be trained on how to develop creative ideas in managing rooms properly and correctly so that a safe and comfortable room to live in will be created. This training is carried out through the stages of presenting material, self-improvement training, demonstration or room management practice and trials. Based on the results of the training carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of the self-improvement training in increasing the creativity of the students' room management above involves taking four main stages, namely the preparation stage, providing training, trial (direct practice) and evaluation. In terms of motivation, dormitory administrators are able to provide stimulants to fellow administrators and students to work together to manage a dormitory that is safe and comfortable for all. This is based on a preliminary study that found about 60% of elementary school teachers in Karawang Regency apparently have insufficient mastery of teaching competencies, especially in pedagogical and professional competencies. Meanwhile, among the prospective Diklat participants, 37 individuals (61.6%) claimed to have a sufficient grasp of pedagogical and professional competencies, while 23 individuals (38.3%) lacked mastery of these competencies. The Diklat planning process involves conducting a Need Assessment analysis of the training, including a strategic program analysis, a personal analysis of prospective participants and training instructors, and an analysis of tasks related to the training's content and objectives. The implementation phase begins with Diklat packages for Mathematics Adaptation, Science Adaptation, ICT Learning, and the Reading Program. Diklat activities are carried out gradually, starting with School Team Workshops (STW), Teacher Study Groups (KKG), and Teacher Coaching and Assistance Teams (KKKS). Participants, who are elementary school teachers, are trained by MI/SD supervisors and instructors from public and private higher education institutions (PTN/PTS) using inquiry, demonstration, role-playing, and problem-based learning methods. The Diklat is expected to enhance teachers' competency by achieving a high level of mastery of the training material. They should also have a good grasp of teaching competencies and be able to contribute to improving teacher performance. Despite some challenges encountered during its implementation, including: a. A small number of training instructors lacking professionalism in mastering the training material; b. The combination of teacher participants with different educational backgrounds, some having completed SPG/SLTA-equivalent education and others holding a Bachelor's degree, resulting in varying rates of material absorption and reduced motivation for learning among SPG/SLTA-equivalent graduates; c. One of them is the Ummi Method, where this method is like a mother teaching her child. This training aims to encourage participants' interest in reading the Koran and their ability to read well and correctly according to the rules of reading the Koran using the Ummi Method. The method that the service uses is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, where this research is oriented towards empowerment and change in society. It is clear that this service is oriented towards changing the quality of Al-Quran reading through the Ummi method. Then the implementation of the Ummi method uses two stages, namely direct and repetition where the teacher will model a reading, and then the participants will be asked to repeat the reading until they have completely perfected their reading. Then in this research there are two stages, namely 1) repeating memorization, and 2) correcting reading. writing activities Class action service. The subjects in this activity were 18 participants in the Baitul Amal Mosque Al-Quran tahsin. The aim of this assistance is to provide learning pedagogy for teaching staff at TPQ Jamiatul Muksisnin in accordance with the methods applied, and to provide supporting facilities for teaching staff at TPQ Jamiatul Muksisnin. The service partners are all students at TPQ Jamiatul Muksisnin. The method used in this assistance is through a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach oriented towards community empowerment where this assistance is carried out to solve problems that exist in the community, precisely at TPQ Jamiatul Muksinin, by applying learning through the tartil method it can provide satisfaction and increasing students' ability to read the Koran. The results of this assistance show that students are very enthusiastic and enjoy this activity because it brings other benefits in training their Alquran reading skills. It can be seen that students are able to understand the tartil method so they can read the Alquran well, correctly and fluently. In addition, the street lighting lamps installed are 72 150 watt LED lamps and 66 250 watt SON-T type lamps. The measurement results are 26.37 lux for a 150 watt LED type lamp and 10.27 lux for a 250 watt SON-T lamp. However, from the many lights that have been installed, the lighting on the access road to Juanda Airport is still not optimal and many blackspots are found in certain areas. Therefore, it is necessary to do a re-analysis so that the road lighting for the Juanda Airport access road can meet the standards.
