Calculations of critical points for the onset of fluidization and entrainment of particles for various gases (Ar, C3H8, C4H10) at a temperature of 20–1000 °C under low vacuum (pressure of 5 kPa) were performed. Model experiments were carried out on the fluidization of corundum powder (granularity of ~300 μm) in an argon flow, as well as in the propane-butane mixture in the absence of CVD. The dependences of the hydrodynamic mode of fluidization on the nature of fluidizing gas, temperature and pressure were analyzed, which make it possible to plan the process of coating deposition itself.","PeriodicalId":475802,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiâ Sankt-Peterburgskogo gosudarstvennogo tehnologičeskogo instituta (tehničeskogo universiteta)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135261849","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relevance of the use of thermal insulation coatings is shown – energy saving, heat and noise protection, fire resistance. Advantages of thermal insulation coatings over existing materials are considered. The developed compositions of two environmentally friendly coatings based on organic-mineral compounds are given. The article describes methods of foam stabilization to extend the service life of thermal insulation coatings. The foam stabilization mechanism is based on sol-gel processes when using SiO2 sol and hydration processes when using cement. Foams obtained by those mechanisms are proposed to be called hardening building foams. The article describes the possibility of imparting different colors to thermal insulation coatings by introducing organic dyes into the foaming composition.","PeriodicalId":475802,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiâ Sankt-Peterburgskogo gosudarstvennogo tehnologičeskogo instituta (tehničeskogo universiteta)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135448353","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The safe flow rate of 0.3 m/s was determined experimentally, which practically eliminates the abrasion of the adsorbent during the PSA process. An iterative algorithm was proposed to reduce the problem of optimal installation design to the problem of nonlinear programming. A number of optimization problems of design of the installation with a capacity of 100-4000 l/min STP and a hydrogen purity of 99.99%+ were solved using the example of a hydrogen 4-bed 4-step vacuum PSA. The optimal combinations of mode and design parameters of the PSA installation and the trends of their changes depending on capacity were determined. An exhaustive comparative analysis of PSA installations designed according to a new and traditional approach was carried out. It was found that installations designed according to the new approach secure a greater profit from hydrogen production by an average of 28.3% due to lower energy consumption for hydrogen production and weight and size characteristics (the length of the adsorbent layer and the inner diameter of the adsorber) compared to installations that are designed according to the traditional approach","PeriodicalId":475802,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiâ Sankt-Peterburgskogo gosudarstvennogo tehnologičeskogo instituta (tehničeskogo universiteta)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135312932","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The particle size, morphology and composition of the nanocomposites were studied by transmission and scanning electron microscopy, powder XRD, X-ray fluorescence and complex thermal analysis. It was established that the synthesized powders consist of spherical particles with an average size of 4 to 35 nm, which are aggregated into chains or more complex amorphous structures. It was shown that the calcination of samples in an inert atmosphere makes it possible to fix the crystalline phase of the FeCo alloy.","PeriodicalId":475802,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiâ Sankt-Peterburgskogo gosudarstvennogo tehnologičeskogo instituta (tehničeskogo universiteta)","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135447033","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
