In the course of thestudy, the author investigated the processes associated with the development and implementationof innovative methods of personnel management, in particular talent management. The analysis of modern methods and tools for searching, evaluating and analysing the company’s personnel is carried out.Attention is focused on the fact that in order to create an effective talent management system, it is necessary to define criteria for evaluating potential candidates. Modern methods of personnel evaluation that can be used in the talent management system are systematized, namely: assessment centre,case-interview, testing, 360-degree method, brain storm, rating method, KPI method. To identify and attract talented candidates, it is suggested to use as follows: search in social networks, job and on specialized sites, recommendations of employees, passive candidates, targeting, and so on.Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Glassdoor, Telegram and Viber messengers are also used to develop the employer’s brand to find potential candidates. Attention is focused on the relevance of carrying out HR analytics, which allows collecting the required data on the state of the labour market, thecompany’s personnel and effectiveness of its management. It is proven that it is important to consider diversity and multicultarism when engaging staff andmanaging talent, because through an exclusive culture, the employees have a sense of security, belonging and recognition, as well as great opportunities for self-realization.Within the article, the experience of implementing by Deloitte and ABC Retail the talent management system, which could significantly increase the competitiveness and retain the best employees, is considered. The Deloitte’s talent management system is based on five key principles, namely: transparency, career development, commitment, collaboration, and leadership development. In addition, potential trends in their future development was analyzed. The sustaina-bility of a logistics system involves the efficient use of resources, cost reduction and process optimization. The author proposes a conceptual model of sustainable development of a logistics system. It con-tains two contours (strategic development contour and sustainable development contour). These con-tours in their interaction within the logistics system ensure its sustainable development in the long term. The basis is the sustainable development paradigm, and the main goal of the concept is to solve logistics problems not only in the interestsof the current needs of the economy, but also taking into account the right to meet the needs of future generations.The concept of \"sustainable development of a logistics system\" means the integration of sustain-able practices and principles into the operations and management of logistics systems. This involves balancing the economic, environmental and social aspects of supply chain management to ensure long-term viability and minimize the negative impact on the environment and society. It has been found that a sustainable logistics system should be aimed at reducing environmental impact through the use of environmentally friendly vehicles, energy-efficient technologies, waste man-agement, and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Another important aspect is the use of environ-mentally friendly packaging and materials. Consideration of social aspects, such as occupational safety, quality of life of employees, respect for human rights and ethical standards. To achieve these goals, it is important to develop socially responsible labor practices. Aspects of sustainable development require new approaches to the investment processes of logis-tics systems, such as impact investing. The article defines the criteria for impact investing and the di-rections for determining the effectiveness and efficiency of this type of investment, taking into account the specifics of the investment object. The post-war economic recovery of Ukraine may face labour shortages and economic stagnation. The low level of wages in Ukraine, destruction of housing, social and industrial infrastructure becomes and obstacle to the return of migrants. The war has exac-erbated the problem of balancing the labour market. The growth in the number of unemployed and migration flows actualizes the problem of the wages level in Ukraine.The article considers modern experience of the countries of the world in terms of motivation of high labour productivity using the wages, the possibility of adapting best remuneration practices in the world in order to develop a motivational mechanism for remuneration in the post-war period of the recovery of Ukraine, namely: increasing the share of group forms of bonuses, systems of payment for knowledge and qualifications, development of flexible systems of benefits for employees of enterprises and social protection, participation in the enterprise management and equity.In the article, the functions of wages, the possibility of changing them, taking into account the imbalance of supply and demand for labour in Ukraine during the war and the post-war period in Ukraine. The answer to each of these negative factors was the rapid development of digitalization, which was characterized by the creation of new information and communication technologies aimed at optimizing the work of financial institutions, including banks.Thanks to such innovations, banks are able to work online, simplify work with large data sets, improve protection against cyberattacks and fraud, implement scoring systems, etc. That is why the authors' appeal to this topic is relevant and in demand today.The purpose of the research is to define, describe and describe in detail the key directions of using artificial intelligence in banking institutions of Ukraine and the world based on examples of real banks.Within the framework of this article, the main directions of using artificial intelligence (AI) in banking institutions were revealed, the key ones of which are: cyber security, chatbots, credit solutions, analysis of market trends, data collection and analysis, analysis of customer experience, risk manage-ment, compliance with regulations requirements, predictive analytics, process automation. The aim of this research was to assess the state of study of the problem and identify prospects for further development. The basis of the research was the abstracts of dissertations, available in the national repository of academic texts (https://nrat.ukrintei.ua/) with the keyword \"leasing\". According to the search results, 11 dissertation works were found. These works were analyzed using monographic, inductive-deductive and systematic-analytical methods.In general, research was carried out in the accounting aspect in combination with analysis (6 works) and audit (3 works). The most researched issues are methodological aspects of forming infor-mation about financial leasing in accounting and reporting, conceptual apparatus, classification, doc-umentation, methods of economic analysis and audit of financial leasing.Despite the revealed rather thorough level of research by domestic specialists on the problems of accounting and analytical aspects of financial leasing, theoretical and practical issues related to the economy category of leasing remain relevant. This is due to the possibility of reusing services, each of which is designed to perform specific statistical functions, and the availability of design solu-tions for compiling these functions into a program for implementing a statistical task solution, using orchestration as a basis for dynamic service calls.The article proposes an approach to developing external statistical services as a set of software products for solving analytical tasks by groups of independent researchers who do not have sufficient financial support and for whom the use of externalstatistical services will provide the opportunity to conduct in-depth analysis of their research results. The proposed approach assumes that such a service should have its typical data storage structure with fixed types and attributes, to which the researcher imports their own data, selects a calculation execution scheme, initializes their execution, and receives results. Taking into account this storage scheme, the authors have identified the main groups of metadata necessary to describe the implementation of the statistical process. A statistical business process typi-cally consists of a set of procedures that implement certain statistical operations and data transfor-mations, and the provided set of metadata allows for the realization of the process goal and activity.Issues that require further in-depth research for the practical implementation of the proposed idea have been identified. The use of service-oriented architecture for building statistical processes allows for standardizing the approach by unifying the functions of individual services. The attention is focused on the fact that to overcome youth unemployment, it is important to direct the key guidelines of the state youth policy and the employment policy to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goal 8, which will involve the gradual transition to a modern innovative model, the priority of which will be a qualified highly paid workforce, and that shall contribute to the reduction of unemployment and the improvement of the living standard of the working population (including youth).The dynamics of the youth number in Ukraine, as well as its distribution by age, were studied. The selection of the most popular specialties chosen by young people was conducted, and their compliance with the needs of the labor market of Ukraine was assessed. It has been proven that when choosing a future profession, the applicants should ask what kinds of specialists will be needed, which will help to avoid the risk of replenishing the unemployment rank, taking into account the fact that there will be significant changes in the professional structure of the labor demand due to the post-war recovery of the country. The statistical data of the number of the officially registered unemployed were researched, TOP –5 the most sought-after vacancies in the labor market at the beginning of 2023, and the salary level, the reason of the refusal by youth from actual vacancies were outlined.It has been proven that the activation of the processes of the youth migration significantly affect the unemployment level in Ukraine. The employment level of youth abroad was assessed. The article also notes that during the boom period, theincrease in supply is driven by the growth of demand for real estate from end users (the real sector of the economy), and during the bust period -by the growth of demand from investors. The oversupply in the market during the period of market saturation is largely due to the investment in real estate that preceded it during the boom. During this period, real estate is no longer seen as a real asset, but rather as a financial asset that generates income without regard to its connection to the real economy.This, together with rising household in-comes and increased mortgage lending, led to the emergence of real estate bubbles.A real estate bubble is defined as a sharp increase in prices and market turnover in the real estate market caused by a significant increase in demand (including speculative demand for the purpose of further sale).
