By examining this topic, various research opportunities are obtained that can be developed to cover the gaps in existing research and studies . Purpose : to analyze the challenges of literature review on the theme of authoritarian parenting and to describe several research development opportunities that can be carried out on the topic of authoritarian parenting style . Method : This literature review used bibliometric analysis from previous research data sources and review articles in the period 2018 to 2023. Result : Various studies that have been published since 2018 show various challenges faced by research on Authoritarian Parenting Style because this topic is a sensitive topic , using measurement influenced by subjective factors and challenges stemming from cultural considerations. By paying close attention to these challenges, several research development opportunities in the future must be built using a collaborative (interdisciplinary) approach with other scientific fields, so that it is possible to obtain some research results that are new and different from previous research. Conclusion : The subjective factor is the dominant cause of the limitations in carrying out research on authoritarian parenting. This research was conducted using sampling techniques and research instruments, which have been determined by the National Library of Indonesia and have become national standards. The location of the research was carried out in the city of Salatiga, and sampling was done by simple random technique. Respondents amounted to 399 people with criteria aged 10-69 years. Measurements were made using five key performance indicators, namely reading frequency per week, duration of reading per day, amount of reading material per quarter, frequency of internet access per week, and duration of internet access per day. Result:  The study results show that the value of the reading enthusiasm of the people in Salatiga City in 2023 is in the High category (62.13). Conclusion: Measurement of reading level index in Salatiga City to improving community reading literacy. Tujuan: Untuk mengukur tingkat kegemaran membaca masyarakat di Kota Salatiga tahun 2023 secara komprehensif dan tepat. Metode: Metode menggunakan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling dan instrumen penelitian, yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Perpustakaan Nasional RI serta menjadi standar nasional. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Salatiga. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik acak sederhana. Responden berjumlah 399 orang dengan kriteria yang berusia 10-69 tahun. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan lima indikator kinerja kunci yaitu frekuensi membaca per minggu, durasi membaca per hari, jumlah bahan bacaan per triwulan, frekuensi akses internet per minggu, serta durasi akses internet per hari. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tingkat kegemaran membaca masyarakat di Kota Salatiga tahun 2023 termasuk dalam kategori Tinggi (62,13). A significant challenge that has surfaced is that functional officials, as a result of equalization processes, often exhibit a deficiency in knowledge and understanding of their duties and functions. This deficiency is attributed to a lack of literacy concerning their respective functional positions. Purpose: The objective of this research is to ascertain the literacy of Functional Officials resulting from equalization processes concerning their functional roles. Method: This study is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques include interviews, literature studies, and documentation studies. The analysis of scientific literacy employs the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2018 framework according to The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) as utilized by Nurhidayah (2020:11), covering the aspects of Context, Knowledge, and Competence. Result: This study reveals that concerning the context, Functional Officers resulting from equalization were not actively engaged in the process and discussions related to their role transitions. Regarding knowledge, they demonstrated an insufficient understanding and lack of knowledge regarding their roles and functions. Meanwhile, in terms of competence, these officers were found to lack the necessary skills and competencies to effectively fulfill their duties and functions. Conclusion: This research concludes that the literacy of Functional Officers resulting from equalization regarding their functional roles at IPDN during 2020-2021 is generally insufficient. It is suggested that the policy related to role transitions should consider their academic background capacities. Method: It adopted descriptive survey method. The population of this study are 37 professional librarians in University of Ilorin’s and Kwara State University’s libraries. Census enumeration sampling technique was used to select the respondents. Questionnaire was used to collect data from the respondents, with the support of two research assistants. Data collected was analysed and presented in frequency, simple percentages and mean (x). Result: Findings revealed that chatbots and Dynamed are the AI the respondents were aware of. The respondents have the perceptions that AI technologies can be adopted in university libraries, capable of replacing human librarians in future and AI is a positive development for librarians. Findings further indicated that the respondents perceived that AI is beneficial in university libraries because it provides patron-tailored recommendations to items, can reduce manual and repetitive tasks performed by librarians and facilitates the discovery of new knowledge. But the major factors affecting the adoption of AI include poor internet connectivity and lack of expertise among librarians. Conclusion: This study concluded that librarians’ awareness of AI influences their perceptions of it. Objective: The objective of this study is to illustrate the competencies of ASN in contributing to digital literacy improvement in Makassar City. Method: The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method that explores ASN literacy information in Makassar City using the DQ Institute indicators, namely: Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude. Descriptive reinforcement is achieved through data triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings: The findings in the Knowledge dimension indicate that ASN has fulfilled the indicators of information needs and data validity, demonstrating a cautious approach to manage information to avoid critical errors. In the Skill dimension, it was found that employees are proficient in operating digital system of ICT. In the Attitude dimension, the research discovered a high level of competency in producing accurate, tested information sources and effectively managing that information to achieve specific goals. Conclusion: This study concludes that the competence of ASN in building digital literacy within the Communication and Informatics Office of Makassar City has progressed effectively. Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship of librarian performance in service, the relationship of information quality and information access, the relationship of library facilities and the quality of library services with the image of the library at the South Tangerang City DPKD Library. Method: This study used a quantitative approach with Pearson product moment correlation analysis. Result: The first hypothesis test conducted in this study shows that the affect of service dimension is significantly related to the library image, the resulting correlation coefficient of 0.542 is in the medium category. Furthermore, the results of the second hypothesis test show a significant relationship between the information control dimension and the library image, the correlation coefficient of 0.684 is in the medium category. The third hypothesis test results show a significant relationship between the library as place dimension and the library image, the correlation coefficient of 0.685 is in the medium high category. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi Pearson product moment. Hasil: Uji hipotesis yang pertama dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi affect of service berhubungan signifikan dengan  citra perpustakaan, koefisien korelasi yang di hasilkan sebesar 0,542 berada dalam kategori sedang. Selanjutnya, hasil uji hipotesis kedua menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara dimensi information control dengan citra perpustakaan, koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,684 berada dalam kategori sedang. Objective: This study aimed to assess the literacy skills of parents at Puspa Sehat UNPAD in obtaining, deciding, applying, and presenting health-related information. Method: A case study with a qualitative method was applied through interviews, literature review, observation, and data triangulation. Results: The results showed that parents at Puspa Sehat UNPAD can identify health issues and information requirements concerning dental health, child nutrition, and skin health. Furthermore, information was obtained from various channels such as Google, Instagram, journals, healthcare professionals, and consultations. In making informed decisions, it was necessary to read, listen, and observe relevant and credible sources, such as healthcare professionals. Health information was applied by visiting a doctor based on recommendations, selecting nutritionally appropriate foods, and purchasing prescribed skin medications. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kemampuan literasi orang tua di Puspa Sehat UNPAD dalam memperoleh, memutuskan, menerapkan, dan menyajikan informasi terkait kesehatan. Metode: Studi kasus dengan metode kualitatif yang diterapkan melalui wawancara, tinjauan pustaka, observasi, dan triangulasi data. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua di Puspa Sehat UNPAD dapat mengidentifikasi permasalahan kesehatan dan kebutuhan informasi mengenai kesehatan gigi, gizi anak, dan kesehatan kulit. Selanjutnya informasi diperoleh dari berbagai saluran seperti Google, Instagram, jurnal, tenaga kesehatan, dan konsultasi. Dalam mengambil keputusan yang tepat, penting untuk membaca, mendengarkan, dan mengamati sumber yang relevan dan kredibel, seperti profesional kesehatan. Informasi kesehatan diterapkan dengan mengunjungi dokter berdasarkan rekomendasi, memilih makanan bergizi sesuai, dan membeli obat kulit yang diresepkan.  Background: Plagiarism is a significant global issue in academic papers, specifically in higher education. Despite the presence of numerous anti-plagiarism tools, such as Turnitin software, the associated subscription costs remained relatively high. Furthermore, software may not consistently deliver precise results and students exploit the vulnerabilities of students through deceptive tactics. 
 Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effects of Turnitin software on the assessment of similarity in theses of praja at the Institute of Home Affairs Governance (IPDN).
 Method: A descriptive qualitative method was used. 
 Result: The results showed that use of Turnitin in the library reduced the level of similarity in praja theses by 39.01%, 29.63%, and 36.70% for Batches XXVIII, XXIX, and XXX, respectively. On average, praja required 7-10 check before similarity scores met the requirements. 
 Conclusion: Use of Turnitin software at IPDN was very effective, specifically in assessing similarity in theses over the last three years.

 Latar Belakang: Plagiarisme adalah masalah global yang signifikan dalam makalah akademis, khususnya di pendidikan tinggi. Meskipun terdapat banyak alat anti-plagiarisme, seperti perangkat lunak Turnitin, biaya berlangganan terkait masih relatif tinggi. Selain itu, perangkat lunak mungkin tidak secara konsisten memberikan hasil yang tepat dan siswa mengeksploitasi kerentanan siswa melalui taktik yang menipu.
 Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh software Turnitin terhadap penilaian kesamaan skripsi praja di Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN).
 Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.
 Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Turnitin di perpustakaan menurunkan tingkat kemiripan praja skripsi masing-masing sebesar 39,01%, 29,63%, dan 36,70% untuk Angkatan XXVIII, XXIX, dan XXX.
 Rata-rata, praja memerlukan 7-10 pemeriksaan sebelum skor kemiripan memenuhi persyaratan. 
 Kesimpulan: Penggunaan software Turnitin di IPDN sangat efektif, khususnya dalam menilai kesamaan skripsi selama tiga tahun terakhir.

 Background: Technology advancement has experienced a rapid increase in digital era, but not all librarians possess the qualified competencies to address the associated challenges. 
 Objective: This study aims to analyze role and competency development of contemporary librarians in the digital era.
 Method: The methodology used includes bibliographic content analysis and descriptive study.
 Results: The result showed that contemporary librarians should take the initiative to meet information requirements of users. Librarians need to stay abreast of information technology advancement, keep pace with development in digital libraries, act as problem solvers, and enhance their skills. The discussion concerning role and competencies of contemporary librarians showed that they should serve as trailblazers in the field of information and technology. 
 Conclusion: In conclusion, competencies required for contemporary librarians in digital era include the ability to analyze and use information, manage time, and use information technology.  Latar Belakang: Kemajuan teknologi mengalami peningkatan pesat di era digital, namun tidak semua pustakawan memiliki kompetensi yang mumpuni untuk menjawab tantangan terkait.
 Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan pengembangan kompetensi pustakawan masa kini di era digital. 
 Metode: Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi analisis isi bibliografi dan studi deskriptif. 
 Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pustakawan masa kini harus mengambil inisiatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pengguna. Pustakawan perlu mengikuti kemajuan teknologi informasi, mengikuti perkembangan perpustakaan digital, bertindak sebagai pemecah masalah, dan meningkatkan keterampilan mereka. Pembahasan mengenai peran dan kompetensi pustakawan masa kini menunjukkan bahwa mereka harus menjadi pelopor di bidang informasi dan teknologi.
 Kesimpulan: Kompetensi yang diperlukan bagi pustakawan masa kini di era digital antara lain kemampuan menganalisis dan menggunakan informasi, mengatur waktu, dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi.  Background: Digital literacy is crucial for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in providing excellent services. Meanwhile, Administrative Services Unit (ULA) has obtained several awards in recognition of outstanding performance, serving as a significant foundation for the current finding. 
 Purpose: This research aimed to describe the digital literacy competency of ASN in ULA to provide excellent services to the public and local governments.
 Method: A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was selected with the concept of digital literacy competency of ASN to analyze data. In addition, the validity of the findings was tested through data triangulation. 
 Results: The digital literacy results among ASN showed that a fairly good insight with knowledge imbalances, good digital skills, and deficiencies in understanding the risks and the ability to control the dangers of digital technology use.
 Conclusion: Digital literacy among ASN in ULA shows a commendable level of proficiency and offers opportunities for improvement in certain domains.

 Latar Belakang: Literasi digital sangat penting bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam memberikan pelayanan prima. Sementara itu, Unit Pelayanan Administrasi (ULA) telah memperoleh beberapa penghargaan sebagai pengakuan atas kinerjanya yang luar biasa, yang menjadi landasan penting bagi temuan saat ini.
 Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi literasi digital ASN di ULA dalam memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah.
 Metode: Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dipilih dengan konsep kompetensi literasi digital ASN untuk menganalisis data. Selain itu, validitas temuan diuji melalui triangulasi data.
 Hasil: Literasi digital di kalangan ASN menunjukkan bahwa wawasan yang cukup baik dengan ketimpangan pengetahuan, keterampilan digital yang baik, dan kurangnya pemahaman risiko dan kemampuan mengendalikan bahaya penggunaan teknologi digital.
 Kesimpulan: Literasi digital pada ASN di ULA menunjukkan tingkat kemahiran yang patut dipuji dan menawarkan peluang perbaikan pada domain tertentu.
