Findings indicate a lack of formal facilitation training and participant reliance on personal testimonials to inform and bolster content. Findings revealed climate perceptions were positively associated with positive academic engagement and negatively associated with negative engagement. Climate perceptions also positively influenced GPA and satisfaction with the academic and social experience.
