Data collection was performed using the snowball method. Furthermore, that ample opinionated material allowed him to conduct the current autoethnographic study.\u0000\u0000\u0000Findings\u0000Accordingly, the author’s findings identified three aggregate dimensions, namely, demotivating assessments, mixed perceptions and motivating assessments.
