There is a positive and a statistically significant relationship between cold executive functions (cEFs) and self-regulated learning management (SRLM). This research is a quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive, and inferential study, with a correlational approach. The sample was non-probabilistic, by convenience sampling, composed of n = 379 college students belonging to pedagogy careers, 64.1% were males, and 35.9% females, aged between 17 and 34 years old (M = 19.82, SD = 2.41). The results show that there is a strong association between cold executive functions and self-regulated learning management since high performance in cEFs would imply a high performance on learning management. On the other hand, it is also observed a predictive value of planning cEF on SRLM, meaning that, an optimal level of planning would imply adequate management of learning processes. The original contribution of this study is to provide evidence to consider supporting plans for college students to improve their skills in the cEFs, due to the negative impact that failure in higher education represents for the student, their families, and university system. Se han explotado los datos del registro de alumnado del Departamento de Educación de la Generalitat de Cataluña de la cohorte nacida en el año 2001, entre los cursos 2016-17 y 2019-20. Se han reconstruido los itinerarios del alumnado de formación profesional de grado medio a partir de una adaptación del diagrama de Lexis, y se ha comparado el perfil de este alumnado con el que accede a bachillerato a partir de una regresión logarítmica binomial. Para ello, se llevó a cabo un estudio descriptivo, correlacional y no experimental, a través de tablas de contingencia y un modelo de regresión logística binomial, con 3.152 egresados de diversos programas de pregrado de 120 universidades. \u0000Los hallazgos sugieren que el hecho de haber cursado asignaturas curriculares de emprendimiento, participar en actividades extracurriculares y tener formación adicional después del pregrado aumenta la probabilidad de que un egresado sea intraempresario. No obstante, la probabilidad no es significativa si el egresado participó, de manera simultánea, tanto en actividades curriculares como en extracurriculares. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental, transversal, descriptivo y un análisis de clústeres; 114 estudiantes universitarios respondieron tres instrumentos para evaluar las variables. Los resultados muestran 4 perfiles, sólo uno se diferencia significativamente en resiliencia, en ventaja de los otros, presentando altos niveles en gratitud y necesidades psicológicas. Los tres perfiles más desfavorecidos en las variables obtienen menor resiliencia. Uno de ellos, equivalente a un 10,5% de los estudiantes, presenta también baja necesidad de autonomía. El instrumento, que se aplicó con una muestra de 324 profesores universitarios y no universitarios, está formado por tres dimensiones: Valor hacia la investigación educativa, Implicación con la investigación educativa y Competencia en investigación educativa. Los resultados arrojaron unos valores de bondad de ajuste y fiabilidad excelentes, haciendo que su uso sea pertinente para el ámbito académico y educativo. Asimismo, se hallaron diferencias estadísticamente significativas en las tres dimensiones del instrumento a favor del profesorado universitario. This study uses a digital rubric to assess oral presentation competence in different situations of progressive assessment for 99 preservice teachers, situations in which participation was either optional or compulsory. Findings show that the digital rubric used at various times is a methodology and a technology that facilitates the feedback process and dialogue between teachers and students about the assessment criteria.
