U.S. universities are favored by high-end talents all over the world and this is inseparable from their complete system of rights protection. This paper adheres to the legal status of rights protection and applies the concept of ruling the country according to law. By selecting several U.S. universities as the research sample, it aims to construct a complete rights protection system for foreign talents working in Chinese universities. Through literature review, international comparison and investigation, it turns out that U.S. universities have rich and incentive-oriented salary system, broad and flexible-chosen benefits, complete and law-based intellectual property protection and scientific two-time performance evaluation. All these have great reference significance to China’s talent-priority strategy and innovation-driven strategy. Development Situation of Electric Bicycle Industry Electric bicycle is a kind of vehicle that’s driven by electrical energy, which is eco-friendly and convenient. Along with the increase of China’s population with higher education, the consumption capability is strengthened [1-3]. With the merits of low noise, no pollution, simple structure, low cost, convenient maintenance and so on, the electric bicycles become important vehicles for young groups. Thanks to each country’s higher and higher requirements on environment protection and the progress of new materials and techniques, the electric bicycles enter into rapid development stage. As green vehicles, electric vehicles will bring in giant change for the travel of the human society in the new period [4-5]. Electric vehicles are used as Chinese users’ main vehicles in conformity with the currently international sci-tech development trend, which is not only the strategic choice to realize the leapfrog development of China’s auto industry, but also the important selection to achieve the sustainable development of China’s auto industry. Lots of electric bicycle brands exist in the current market, different brands create different brand concepts and product emphasis, but they have similar appearance design and identical styles, so they can’t meet consumers’ personalized demands [6-10]. Some electric bicycles are with bad user experience due to heavy and inconvenient design. Most of electric bicycles are lack of GPS units, anti-theft function and orderly charging devices [11]. THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE INNOVATION OF THE TRAINING MODE OF APPLIED TALENTS IN LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT WITH THE INTEGRATION OF PRODUCTION AND EDUCATION AND COLLABORATIVE EDUCATION The educational concept of integration of production and education and school-enterprise collaborative education is the main driving force for the applied transformation and talent training reform in universities. With strong practicality and outstanding comprehensiveness, it is particularly important to improve the quality of undergraduate applied talent training. In order to conform to the new trend of applied transformation development, the logistics management major of our university carries out applied transformation in an all-round way and proactively explores the new mode of training applied talents. This major actively carries out school-enterprise cooperation, attaches importance to the construction of off-campus practice base, constructs practice innovation platform, and explores the collaborative innovation mode of school-enterprise cooperation and applied talent training. At the same time, it deepens the integration of production and education, relies on the cooperation between schools and enterprises, explores the strategies and ways of school-enterprise collaborative education under the applied talent training mode, accelerates the pace of applied transformation, and promotes the innovation of applied talent training mode. Traditional learning methods make students passively accepted and inefficient. In order to improve students' interest and ability in learning and enhance their professional competitiveness, this paper has developed a reform method for problem-based learning. Traditional and PBL methods are applied to two groups of undergraduate students in pharmacy. After a year of practice, traditional method and PBL method have produced different teaching effects for the two groups. The results show that the PBL method is better, and students take the class with questions and show higher enthusiasm. Chinese Fuling Mustard, European sour cucumbers and German sweet and sour cabbages are well-known both at home and abroad as “world’s top three pickled vegetables”. The Fuling District considers the prosperity of the pickle industry as focus and breakthrough of rural vitalization. Anyhow, the competitive resources and practical development of the pickle industry are constrained by poor conditions and small scale of Chinese cabbage head production, low added value of products, diversified but less known brands and difficulty in the treatment of production sewage. Thus, Fuling should remain committed to building a pickle industry cluster and deepening the integration of multiple regulations by actively relying on leading producers of pickles and linking primary, secondary and tertiary industry chains. The research finds that: (1) Through the horizontal comparison between the target stock and the nontarget stock, it is found that the pricing efficiency of the target stock is significantly higher than that of the non-target stock;(2) The effect of margin trading in bear market on stock pricing efficiency is greater than that in bull market; (3) The results of difference-in-difference model show that the target stocks in the experimental period have higher pricing efficiency than nontarget stocks, and the stocks increase their pricing efficiency after entering the target pool.
