Analyze the scale efficiency, efficiency and projection value of 17 coal enterprises, meanwhile, make a horizontal comparison of the environmental performance level among coal enterprises. The environment has a certain of characteristics, such as complexity of system, heterogeneity of resource, diversity of security threat, and etc.. These characteristics will bring a new challenge to the electronic data forensics work in cloud computing environment. The research is to design a Data Refinement System which can be used in distributed cloud computing platform for judiciary; and a computer forensics model for mass data in cloud. A third-party forensic theoretical framework based on cloud computing is designed. The model can analyze and identify the user behavior from multiple levels, such as virtual layer, application layer, service layer, and etc.. An improved quantitative measure of non-Gaussianity, called Gaussian moments, is deduced correspondingly. After analyzing the useful property of Gaussian moments, an objective function is presented which can be suitable in the noisy context. As a result, a one-unit algorithm is presented with bias removal for quasi-whitened data. In this paper, a model suitable for the distribution reconfiguration containing micro grids is presented. To obtain a more realistic scheme on the reconfiguration, the impact of micro grid and dynamic behaviors of thermal loads on the distribution system reconfiguration are mainly concerned. Firstly, the model of distribution system with micro grid is presented. Based on the power supply capacity of micro grids, island partition strategies are proposed by depth-first search and breadth-first search. Secondly, the dynamic behaviors of thermal loads are modeled. Then a reconfiguration model of the distribution system with micro-grids and dynamic thermal loads is presented. Finally, IEEE 33-bus system is employed to validate the effectiveness of the presented method. The teaching of the differences in cultural thinking between Chinese and Western cultures is used to explore the teaching strategies. In this paper, a kind of accurate probability persuasion model (hereinafter referred to as APPM for short) is put forward by combining the teaching theory of higher vocational education and the teaching strategy of the differences in the cultural thinking between Chinese and western cultures. This model requires the use of the concept of cultural differences such as the aggregates and so on, so as to carry out description of the differences in cultural thinking between Chinese and Western cultures. And the use of this method has made the teaching method based on the differences in cultural thinking between Chinese and Western cultures more simple.
