摘要

本文以中国煤炭行业上市企业为研究对象,运用数据包络分析法构建环境绩效评价与实施流程。对17家煤炭企业的规模效率、效率和预测值进行分析,同时对煤炭企业的环境绩效水平进行横向比较。对无效单元进行规模改进和松弛性改进,找出环境风险点并提出改进建议,从而引导煤炭企业积极开展环境绩效管理,接受社会监督
