This paper studies the operating characteristics of nuclear power units and establishes a multi-source coordinated planning model for pumped-storage-nuclear-wind power-thermal power projects. The optimization goal is to minimize the overall cost of equal annual values, and to use nuclear power's safety-adjustable domains and operations as constraints. The method makes use of the ability of the environment perception and the autonomous behavior decision making of the urban fitness index (hereinafter referred to as UFI for short) to implement the analysis for the influence of the inter city marathon to promote the inter city fitness index. When a malicious module exchanges information through the self-built channel and the outside world, it has the authority to access all hardware devices, and the threat is huge. In order to effectively identify abnormal electromagnetic signals, we have combined the big data platform technology and machine learning classification technology to propose anomaly detection of electromagnetic signals at the physical layer to find malicious anomalous electromagnetic signals in the hardware. The results show that our method can detect abnormal electromagnetic signals very well, and can reach 98% in the recognition rate of abnormal electromagnetic signals.
