Firstly, based on the classical control theory, the necessary and sufficient condition of the traffic jams will not appear is given, when the above conditions are not satisfied, with the speed difference information between the current vehicle and ahead vehicle, we design a new feedback controller, meanwhile we give the control procedure. Mercury adsorption experiments were carried out on a fixed-bed experimental device. The performance and Hg° capacity of loaded copper sulfide and sulfur-loaded activated carbon were compared. The physico-chemical properties before and after adsorption were characterized and compared by means of surface area and porosity analysis, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyzer. The thermal desorption experiment was conducted in a tubular furnace, and the mercury adsorption form was obtained. The experimental results showed that the mercury removal efficiency reached the highest at the temperature of 100°C. The mercury removal efficiency decreased with the increase of mercury concentration and increased with the quantities of adsorbents. Under the experimental conditions, the Hg0 removal efficiency of the loaded copper sulfide was better than the sulfur-loaded activated carbon. To rise to the challenges above, I propose the Function Differentiation Model of Folklore Culture (FDMFC) in this paper to stimulate the users’ performance characteristics of the decision-making process. The model can integrate the factors above effectively to cope with the data’s sparseness especially in the off-site recommended scenarios. The development method of folklore tourism in this paper includes off-line model and online recommendation, two parts. The test currents of 8/20 µs, 10/350 µs and 30/80 µs were chosen as the injection signal sources to the grounding grid respectively with simultaneous measurement of the response transient voltage waveshapes in time domain. The portable instrument and test object for experimental tests are simply described. Field tests were carried out to the grounding grid in a 35 kV substation for 3 consecutive times with different impulse currents, while the corresponding IGI calculated with processing of the impulse current and voltage waveshapes are also given.
