In order to further understand the application status of supercritical CO2 extraction technology, this thesis introduces the principle of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) technology. Based on the types of extractive natural products, the application of the technology in plant essential oil, natural pigment and alkaloid extraction is also reviewed.
