The mechanical method of bamboo fiber cannot meet the requirements of large-scale production. Through the study of the structure and mechanical properties of bamboo, the theory of bamboo fiber extraction by torsional cutting is put forward. The feasibility of the method is preliminarily verified by the experiment. The relationship between torsion angle and torque, bamboo wall thickness, bamboo radius and bamboo length was established. According to the experimental data of fresh bamboo, it is found that the calculated values are in good agreement with the theoretical results. When the twist angle is about 50°~220°, the destruction of the bamboo substrate is basically realized. The slipping of the fiber and the matrix is debonding. In order to solve the problem, the new process of surfacing was proposed and Fe-Cr-Mo-Mn alloy was welding on the easily worn parts of the 65Mn steel subsoiler. The surfacing layer and substrate binding status, microstructure and wear resistance were tested and observed by using optical microscope, micro hardness, and abrasive wear test machine. The combination of the microstructure of cladding layer is mainly composed of lower bainite and retained austenite, while the welding layer and substrate are in good metallurgical bonding. It has important strategic significance. Therefore, the development mainly adopts the mode of \"large-scale development, centralized grid connection and load center presentation.\" To meet the precise demand for new energy output data from power system operation simulation, this will provide the basis for the simulation of large-scale new energy power system operation. Considering the research of power grid planning methods that consider multiple energy accesses, this paper proposes a power system optimization planning method for combined power generation and new energy consumption from wind and solar energy storage. By comparing and analyzing the differences in load characteristics and power output characteristics, we study the impact of new energy consumption. On this basis, based on the objective function of the output power change rate of the combined system of wind and solar energy storage, the ratio of active power deviation rate, the sum of peak and valley slope, and the output power fluctuation rate are constraints, and a multi-energy access grid plan is proposed. The reliable and effective services are provided to users in a targeted manner. A method for mining the behavior patterns of smart home users is proposed based on machine learning. The characteristic data model of smart home user behavior pattern is constructed, and the association rule feature decomposition method is used to analyze the user behavior pattern and reconstruct the information. According to the difference of user behavior pattern big data, the characteristics of directional behavior are analyzed, the characteristics are classified according to the user's behavior preference and information fusion, a user behavior model is set up with big data classification model. According to the behavior characteristics of users, the intelligent decision and judgment are realized, and the convergence control is carried out by using machine learning algorithm, which improves the self-adaptability of user behavior pattern mining. Thus, the report is about the the whole making and adjusting process of intellectual car including the component choosing, car assembling, function and corresponding code design. However, the core of the project is figuring out how to make the car go straightly while affected by various kinds of factors.
