Considering language as a multidimensional phenomenon implies a multiplicity of its complementary statuses and the sociolinguistic functions it performs. The proposed approach is the implementation of the principles of a system-wide linguistic policy based on the assessment of the sociolinguistic situation in Kyrgyzstan, focused on the harmonization of functional and instrumental factors that determine the functioning of the English language in the country. Therefore, the relevance of the article is due to the need to study the issues of complex sentences in the framework of the syntax of the Kyrgyz language. In addition, some scientists note that the issue we are considering is still controversial among scientists. For example, the scientist M. V. Muratalieva, in her scientific work on “Complex Sentences in the Kyrgyz language”, published in the 1980s, identifies the main types of complex sentences and examines the differences between them. The paper describes the relationship between equal simple sentences that have independent semantic meanings as part of a compound sentence, and also considers the relationship between the main sentence and one or more subordinate clauses. The author sets the main goal of the study to study the possibility of using a simple sentence as part of a complex sentence separately, the presence of simple sentences in their structure and structure of features that distinguish them from complex sentences, and as a result, comes to the conclusion that it is unacceptable to separate individual parts of a complex sentence, thereby excluding the possibility of using and considering them outside of complex sentences. It does valuable function of public behavior, interpersonal attitude of people representatives in positive note. There are a lot of pro-verbal fictions in prohibition forms. The prohibition sets are created by people and used. They are nationalized. They have all sentence-based features, they are expressed as the imperative or simple sentences. They have finished idea (meanings and intonation.) There is a cultural meaning in prohibition. They come from generation to generation. It seems to have the same secret. It seems that the prohibition of doing some action has magical feature. The action where has the prohibition seems holy things. They adapted and teach youth, culture, tried to follow not written laws, experiences, limitations, requirements. Therefore, to open inversion- conversion processes of proverbs, sayings shorten and distribution, changings is one of the new tasks. The modern content of the key lexeme “respect” of the concept under study gives more possibilities to determine a nationwide view at the content of the given concept. The meanings which are given in different etymological dictionaries only distinguish some cognitive science, but do not fully embody all of its modern features. The concept “respect” refers to the ability to value and honor another person, without trying to change them. Respecting another person is not judging them by their attitudes, behaviors or thoughts. It is not expected from him to be a different person. Respect is the most important criteria for a human being and is used only towards to people, so concept “respect” is meaningless without concept “human being”, also concept “human being” is not fully opened without correlation of concept “respect”. Published in 1992 and making a significant contribution not only to the syntax of the Kyrgyz language, but also to Turkology in general, Abdygul Zhaparov's scientific work on the \"Syntactic structure of the Kyrgyz language\" tells about the general level of development of the Kyrgyz syntactic science. At the same time, the article describes in detail the new directions and discoveries in the field of syntax of the Kyrgyz language since the 90s. For example, A. Imanov's textbook \" Kyrgyz Tili”, published in 1990 for part-time students of higher educational institutions, consists of sections that tell about phrases and sentences. As the main goal of the research,the author sets the study of word combinations and the definition of their grammatical nature. So in order to accurately determine the nature of the phrase, a. Imanov compares a phrase with a word and a sentence, showing its main differences from a stable phrase, and as a result distinguishes a free phrase into a special group. As a result, the author could not bring the concept of a free phrase to its logical conclusion on a scientific basis, completely squeezing it out of use. So at present, both the terms phrase and free phrase are treated as identical concepts. The mutual attitude of version and inversion has particular meaning in proverbs and sayings. The reason is in national pithy sayings constant meaning dominated and, in its area, has small and limited meanings connected. Kyrgyz scientist recently started interested in inversion and version meanings in wise sayings in Kyrgyz lyngvoparemology. Professor A.N. Lisstin’s role is huge on this topic. Professor did great contribution on opening of inversion content in pithy sayings, he worked on proverbs, sayings and comparative theory of phraseology in English, Russian and Kyrgyz languages. He also described how to learn and teach second foreign languages. Professor Listin he carefully worked out bibliography of Kyrgyz paremyology, he also published textbook on this topic for linguists who are interested in. In antropocenter in Kyrgyz Republic worked out the plan of lyngvoparemology. Lyngvoparemology is the linguistic branch which studies language characteristic of national proverbs and sayings, pithy and wise sayings, puzzles and other small folk genres. Happiness is a fundamental category of human life. In this regard, it is necessary to conduct special research related to the concept of \"happiness\", considered as one of the main concepts of culture. Being a key component of national culture, the basic concept of \"happiness\" reflects the main categories and directions of the life philosophy of peoples. The article is devoted to the analysis of one of the most important concepts of national consciousness – the emotional concept of \"happiness\". The study of the etymology and history of the word \"happiness\" allows us to trace the relationship between the meanings of this word and the ideas about the phenomenon of happiness in the history of Russian linguacultural.
