They have finished idea (meanings and intonation.) There is a cultural meaning in prohibition. They come from generation to generation. It seems to have the same secret. It seems that the prohibition of doing some action has magical feature. The action where has the prohibition seems holy things. They adapted and teach youth, culture, tried to follow not written laws, experiences, limitations, requirements. Therefore, to open inversion- conversion processes of proverbs, sayings shorten and distribution, changings is one of the new tasks.
