Abstract

Education management is considered as a type of social management. It is aimed at ensuring the purposefulness and organization of the construction of educational processes in the education system. Quality management of education is aimed at meeting the requirements for the quality of education. This article analyzes the concept of "education quality management", its main characteristics. It is noted that the management of the quality of education, as a system, has levels of management activity. The author proposes reproductive, productive and creative levels of education management. The highlighted levels are correlated with the process of goal-setting, with the choice of methods and forms of organization of management, as well as with the process of correcting and making changes in management activities.
