Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah model SRL dalam pembelajaran tenis meja dapat mengembangkan self-control. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperiment, dengan  desain penelitian  menggunakan Postest Only Control Group Desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa Prodi PGSD PENJAS FPOK UPI berjumlah 80 orang. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling yang  berjumlah  40 orang.  Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur self-control  mengadopsi dari Tangney ( self-control scale). Teknik analisi data menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dengan software SPss 24 for windows. The method used is a survey method with a cross-sectional study design. The research population is the Bandung City Little League Baseball athletes as many as 30 people with a total sampling technique. Energy expenditure of throwing technique was measured using Polar GPS Watch and Heart Rate Monitor. The results showed that the calories expended by male athletes were lower than the calories expended by female athletes in throwing skills. The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in energy expenditure in outfield and infield throwing skills. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas rubrik penilaian tes hasil belajar keterampilan high service untuk siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. 50 siswa-siswi sekolah dasar dengan rentang usia 11-12 tahun dijadikan sebagai partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Rubrik penilaian yang disusun merujuk pada instrumen tes performance dengan model individual performance assessment. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu estimasi validitas isi (Lawshe’s CVR),  reliabilitas test-retest, reliabilitas antar penilai (Interclass Coefficient Correlation) serta analisis meta rubrik. Hasil analisis menunjukan besaran reliabilitas dan validitas instrumen penilaian sudah menunjukan kriteria baik dengan signifikan (p_value 0,05). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Tunagrahita di SLBN-A Citeureup, Kota Cimahi yaitu 11 guru, karena keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel sehingga disebut penelitian populasi/total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa survey pelaksanaan evaluasi PJOK di SLBN-A Citeureup, Kota Cimahi berada pada kategori “sangat kurang” sebesar 0% (0 guru), “kurang” sebesar 45,45% (5 guru) “cukup” sebesar 36,36% (4 guru), “baik” sebesar 9,09% (1 guru), dan “sangat baik” sebesar 9,09% (1 guru). The problem consists of infrastructure and the absence of innovation in learning methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of net games and provide recommendations when implementing PJOK learning in elementary schools. The various results of research on net games are the background for conducting research using the systematic review. searches Database started from Google Scholar, Taylor Francis, DOAJ, and Research Gate. From the four databases, 146 types of research on net games were found which will then pass through the systematic review. stage the systematic review 20 studies were determined which would be the main sources in this study. It is known from the 20 studies that there are findings that can help problems that occur during the implementation of net games. The findings began with a table tennis game consisting of a happy bouncing ball, modifying a tennis bet, training methods, mini-pong based on gender-based cooperative learning audio-visual, Moodle courses, holding bet techniques, reciprocal teaching styles, and learning command styles. The following are the findings from the volleyball game modification of mini volleyball ball, 3 on 3 games, role-playing, libas game, faith-based methods in Islamic schools, Cooperative Learning Model, A Tactical-Game, cooperative learning Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD), and a playful approach in volleyball games. Metode Deskriptif digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi dan gambaran tentang jarak tempuh dan denyut nadi siswa selama pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Partisipan sebanyak 30 siswa (12-13 tahun) terlibat dalam penelitian ini, namun hanya 8 siswa (4 laki-laki dan 4 perempuan) yang memakai Polar GPS. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Polar GPS RC3 mengukur jarak tempuh siswa dan Polar Heart Rate Sensor H3 untuk mengetahui denyut nadi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan rata-rata perolehan denyut nadi siswa adalah 137.13 yang berada pada kategori low to moderate dengan rerata jarak tempuh yang diperoleh adalah 0.48 km. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Teknis pada penelitian ini memperoleh hasil rerata denyut nadi siswa kategori low to moderate. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan total sampling. Sampel dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok eksperimen yang masing-masing terdiri dari 10 orang. Kelompok pertama merupakan kelompok yang akan diberikan perlakuan berupa pemberian umpan balik sesaat dan kelompok kedua akan diberikan perlakuan berupa pemberian umpan balik tertunda. Pemilihan setiap anggota kelompok dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam pemberian umpan balik sesaat dan  umpan balik tertunda terhadap penguasaan keterampilan renang gaya bebas (0.000 0.05). Berdsasrkan pengujian Independen T-test menunjukkan pemberian umpan balik sesaaat lebih baik dibandingkan pemberian umpan balik tertunda terhadap penguasaan keterampilan renang gaya bebas (0.035 0.05). berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian umpan balik berperan penting dalam penguasaan gerak khususnya keterampilan gerak renang. Karena hal tersebut, praktisi maupun guru penjas perlu memberikan umpan balik ketika mengajar maupun melatih keterampilan renang. Umpan balik tentunya dapat diberikan untuk menguasai keterampilan gerak olahraga lainnya. The purpose of this study was to measure Physical Literacy Elementary School Children in Indonesian Urban Areas, a total of 60 students (23 girls, 38.3%; 37 boys, 61.7%) grade 5 (aged 11-12 years) as a participant for survey studies. The instrument used to measure PL is the Canadian Assessment of Physical Literacy (CAPL). It's used survey research methods. The analysis technique in this study uses descriptive statistical analysis to investigate the results of students' physical literacy based on the data that has been collected—technical data analysis using SPSS software. The result showed that students have good motivation and confidence. Just spend their daily time like watching television, playing computer and also playing video games. So reluctant to move and result in lazy to move as well as lack of activity. And cause obesity or overweight. However, not all of them show the prevalence of obesity. Therefore, the researcher aims to determine between sedentary behavior and body mass index in elementary school children. The survey method was carried out by distributing digital questionnaires to students with a total sample of 96 people and the help of Google Forms. The instrument used was the Adolescent Sedentary Activity Questionnaire (ASAQ). Descriptive analysis of the correlation between the two variables. The results show that sedentary behavior is 96.9%, body mass index is 38.5%, and there is no relationship between sedentary behavior and body mass index in elementary school students.
