This research is a qualitative research in which the research was conducted by conducting interviews with the homeroom teacher of class IVA at SDN 03 Pontianak City. Procedures for collecting data by means of interviews and documentation. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed by means of data reduction, namely summarizing, selecting the main things, focusing on the important things, looking for themes and patterns. In the implementation process, the researcher reduced the data from the interview results from the informants, then selected important things to be used as data related to the research. After that, the researcher presented the data and finally drew conclusions. The impact of this is that the training concentration program that has been made does not run according to what has been made. So this study aims to determine the management of the regional training center for karate athletes of PON Kalimantan Barat during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research location is KONI, West Kalimantan. The data sources of this research are administrators, coaches and athletes. Survey data from passive monitoring process, semi-structured interviews, documents, and field notes. Data reduction techniques and data reduction procedures. The data obtained will be triangulated to test the credibility of the data. The results showed that the planning stage of the ongoing training camp was still not optimal because the training program planning had not been implemented, the training center organizing stage already had an organizational structure, the implementation stage of the ongoing training camp was still not optimal because in the implementation of training athletes lacked sparring opponents, and the supervision stage at the ongoing training camp is optimal. It is also the focus and difficulty in Mandarin teaching. Take mandarin negative adverb “bu”and “meiyou”as examples,these two words are the most commonly used words in daily life. Their similarities and differences in meaning make students often make a mistakes. To analyze the error analize usage of negative adverb “bu”and “meiyou” of the Mandarin language programme students batch 2018 in Faculty of Teacher Education and Education Science Tanjungpura University, the writer used research test method to collect the data. The result of this paper shows the analyze the error analize usage of negative adverb “bu”and “meiyou” of the Mandarin language programme students batch 2018 in Faculty of Teacher Education and Education Science Tanjungpura University is 82.79% and 54.3%. The reason why students make mistakes in using the negative adverb “bu”and “meiyou”is because of the native language. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with case study research form. The primary data source was the third grade teacher at the State Elementary School 03 Pontianak City and the secondary data sources were the observation guide, interview guide, and lesson plan sheet. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation techniques, interview techniques, documentation techniques and triangulation techniques. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were fourth grade students consisting of 1 class with a total of 31 students. Meanwhile, in selecting the sample, the researcher used a total sampling technique, so that the number of samples in this study was also 31 students. Based on the results of the study, after carrying out the thematic learning, this study had 3 aspects, namely aspects of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor assessment. The aspect of affective assessment is classified as very good. Aspects of psychomotor assessment are categorized as good. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini yang utama yaitu guru kelas VI C dan Kelas VI E Sekolah Dasar Negeri 34 Pontianak Kota. Kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, siswa dan staf lainnya sebagai informan tambahan yang melengkapi informasi terkait penelitian ini. Adapun dalam teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun dalam analisis data dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan analisis data Model Miles and Hubermen yang meliputi empat tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menjalankan peran seorang guru sebagai korektor, inspirator, organisator, motivator, inisiator, fasilitator, pembimbing, demonstrator, pengelola kelas, mediator dan evaluator pada pembelajaran tematik. Selain itu guru juga mengalami kesulitan dalam menerapkan kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian dan professional. Problematika lainnya yaitu dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran tematik serta dalam pengelolaan kelas. Adapun upaya mengatasi problematika guru tersebut yaitu pertama, dengan menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan peserta didik maupun orang tua peserta didik. Kedua dengan melakukan pembaharuan dan memahami kembali bahan ajar atau materi ajar; mengikuti pelatihan dan pembekalan guru melalui KKG mandiri, mengikuti pembinaan bulanan yang dipimpin langsung oleh kepala sekolah. Ketiga, menciptakan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. The research instrument is the human instrument, namely the researcher. Data collection techniques are questionnaires/questionnaires, interviews and observations. The data analysis technique is Miles and Huberman. The results showed that parents have provided learning facilities, provided motivation, supervised children in learning, and helped overcome children's learning difficulties. Furthermore, student learning activities are carried out face-to-face and online learning. This study uses an experimental method with the design of \"One Group Pretest Posttest Design\". The population in this study were PB. Kijang Berantai Sambas badminton athletes, totaling 12 athletes. The test instrument used for the initial measurement (pretest) and the final measurement (posttest) used a smash accuracy test. The results of the athlete's ability consisting of 12 samples obtained the pretest results for an average of 63.53, the lowest score was 50, the highest score was 72 with a standard deviation of 4.072 and the posttest results for an average of 66.2, the lowest score was 66, the highest score was 81 with standard deviation 5.055.
