The study used a survey method without a comparison class that is descriptive correlative. The research instrument was a multiple-choice diagnostic test with three answer choices, ten questions were about conceptual understanding, and ten questions were about learning outcomes test. The validation of the*learning outcomes test was 3.36 with valid criteria, while the reliability of the learning outcomes test was 0.44 with the medium category. The result found that the students’ concepts understanding was classified low with an*average percentage of 31.39%. The students’ concepts understanding with the highest percentage is in the interpretation aspect of 41.67% with a sufficient category, and the minor percentage is in exploration aspects with 31.39%. The study did not find a correlation of rcount 0,360 < rtable 0,179 between conceptual understanding and learning outcomes. Therefore, the understanding concept becomes an essential principle for achieving physics learning outcomes. The study also found that there had not been any difference among gender as indicated by the results of the MannWhitney test (P> 0.05), with the analysis results showing that female students were higher than male students in the aspects of translation and extrapolation. While, in the interpretation aspects, male students are higher than female students. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. With the form of case study research. Sources of data in this study were third grade teachers at State Elementary School 02 Rasau Jaya and 3 lesson plans. Data collection techniques in this study are interview techniques, observation techniques, documentation techniques, triangulation techniques. In this study, the researcher acted as the main instrument and the interview was used as a supporting instrument. The analysis technique in this study uses four steps, namely data collection (data collection, data reduction), data presentation, and the process of drawing conclusions. Arsyid","doi":"10.26418/jppk.v11i5.55017","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26418/jppk.v11i5.55017","url":null,"abstract":"AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of the application of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) type of cooperative learning model to improve students’ motivation and learning outcomes on heat in seventh-grade SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak. The research method used in the study is experimental in the form of a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design model. The sampling technique used in this study was intact group technique and obtained seventh-grade in A-class with a total of 30 students. The instrument of this research was a learning outcome test consisting of 10 multiple choice questions, 3 essay questions, and a learning motivation questionnaire, which consisted of 4 sub variable (success orientation, failure anticipation, innovation, and responsibility). Based on the results of data analysis, pretest and posttest learning outcomes showed an increase in learning outcomes as evidenced by an increase of 53,88%. The result of the Wilcoxon test with SPSS Statistics 17.0 shows that there has been a significant in student learning outcomes. The effect size of the STAD type cooperative learning model in improving learning outcomes is 1,34 (high category). In the result of the learning motivation questionnaire, an average of 67,75% was obtained before the STAD type cooperative learning model was used which was categorized as sufficient, and 85,73% before the STAD cooperative learning model was used which was in the good category. There is an increase in learning motivation by 19,98%. Because the importance of empathy from an early age to be able to understand the situation of others well. The general purpose of this research is to describe understanding teacher on empathetic behavior at Al-Kautsar Islamic Kindergarten, South Pontianak. By This research specifically aims to find out how the teacher's understanding of in increasing empathetic behavior in children, what are the strategies carried out by the teacher, how is the evaluation carried out by the teacher in improving empathetic behavior. The research method used is descriptive with form of qualitative research. The source of this research data consists of 1 teacher class B1 and 10 children as research subjects. Data collection tool are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, documentation data and notes field. Sources of data are teachers and students in class B1. After data collected data is presented to then draw conclusions. From the results of the study obtained teacher understanding in improving empathetic behavior in Al-Kautsar Islamic Kindergarten, South Pontianak, where it was found that children can behave empathically well even though it looks like there are still some children who still lack empathy for their friends, as well as the teacher is very play an active role in guiding and directing children to get used to empathize with peers. This research is a qualitative descriptive type with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that geography learning is carried out online, teachers and students use learning applications such as whatsapp and google classroom. In the implementation of online geography learning, teachers often use whatsapp as a medium to share information and communicate with students and parents of students, while in delivering material and giving assignments using google classroom. The implementation of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in class X geography learning at SMAN 1 Anjongan was very good in accordance with government regulations through Circular Letter No. 15 of 2020 concerning the steps that must be taken by heads of education units, teachers and students in carrying out learning from home during the covid-19 pandemic. The data collection tools used observation guides, interview guides, and documentation. The results showed 1)there was an influence of brand personality on Acer laptop customer loyalty on Economic Education students FKIP Tanjungpura University. Based on the simple regression test, it shows that the influence of variable X on variable Y is positive. The proportion level of the influence of brand personality on customer loyalty is 8,1% with a positivr value. 2) The indicator of brand personality that has the most influence on customer loyalty for Acer laptops is its sophistication. This is evidenced by using multiple regression test and obtained a hypothesis result of 2,176 > r table 1,996, while the four indicators of brand personality have no effect on customer loyalty. The research method used in this research is to use quantitive. The research method used is a survey method with a basic soccer skill test for young Indonesian participants consisting of 25 soccer players.
