The research aims to identify the impact of knowledge management in light of artificial intelligence on improving the performance of the hotel organization. The case of the Rotana Babel five-star hotel in Baghdad was studied and a questionnaire was used to collect data for the research, which included 50 workers in the hotel at all job levels. This study's importance lies in a comprehensive framework for testing the relationship between the quality system and guest satisfaction in hotels in Erbil and Sulaymaniyah governorates. In this study, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach, which is based on collecting information related to the apparent phenomenon through a questionnaire form prepared for this matter. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that intense competition forced hotels to pay attention to the quality system to meet the needs of the guests because it is the basic rule on which satisfaction depends. Guest service because it is a measure of the success or failure of hotels. From this standpoint, the study aimed to define the concept of cyber security and its importance, identify its dimensions and requirements, and demonstrate the impact of cyber security in Addressing technological challenges in tourism agencies. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach and used a questionnaire to collect study data from a random sample of workers in tourism agencies in Baghdad, numbering (110) individuals. The study found statistically significant differences between the opinions of the study sample about the role of cybersecurity in confronting technological challenges. Tourism agencies in the city of Baghdad, and the presence of a statistically significant effect of cybersecurity on facing technological challenges in tourism agencies in Baghdad. The current study attempts to explore the effect of the possibility of applying reputation marketing to the brand of Luxor as a distinct tourist destination in increasing profits and brand fame without spending marketing efforts and costs. It is conducted on employees of 115 travel agencies in Luxor. The results of this study indicate that the application of reputation marketing on the shorter brand has an important role in distinguishing the destination, and it may be put into practice by making customers aware of the value of reputation. Therefore, this research will focus on exploring the effect of social responsibility practices on the Egyptian hotels’ performance. A five-point Likert scale was used to test the attitude of the participators toward research variables. Participators shared in this survey are hotel managers in the governorates of Luxor and Aswan (38 managers). The research found that hotels in Luxor and Aswan exploit renewable energy in a productive process compatible with the environment; hotels in Luxor and Aswan reduce their consumption of natural resources and communicate with their customers about their environmental practices. The research found that, hotels in Luxor and Aswan provide training and promotion opportunities for employees, Hotels in Luxor and Aswan provide employment to locals, Hotel introduced improvements relative to Customer loyalty, Hotel introduced improvements relative to Relations with customers, Hotel introduced improvements relative to Customer service.
